A total waste of money. After they forced me to pay in advanced for the plans, the city and contractors would not accept their garbage plans. Asked them to revised and was told "that's what the plans call for" Had to hire and pay a real engineering firm. Stay away from these people, they have no clue as to what they are doing.

I hired them to evaluate our property in regard to remodeling our attic. They checked the foundation and retaining walls and advised on what we would need to add more weight to the structure. We were able to get the information we needed to proceed to the next step.
