Below is a copy/paste of an email I sent to this company: Today, Monday December1, 2014, while I was working in my garage, your company's representative approached me regarding your services. He supplied me with a flyer and after a brief conversation, we set up an appointment to have someone come out and give me an estimate to re-stucco our house. The "salesman" arrived at the promised time and all went well. He took measurements and presented us with an estimate for the services discussed. What we discussed was a water-blast, repair any and all cracks and/or missing stucco as needed, re-paint the stucco surfaces and then sandblast all the wood trim around the doors and windows, eaves and patio cover, then prime and repaint all said wood trim, replacing any that needed replacing. When your "salesman" finished measuring and calculating our cost, which was acceptable to us, he refused to give us a "written estimate". All we wanted was something, ANYTHING, in writing, stating what your company would do and what it would cost. When we set up the appointment for the estimate, I told the individual that was distributing your flyers that we were NOT ready to commit to having any work done. I spoke to someone on the phone, with your flyer-distributor standing there. We even used his phone. I told your phone operator that we were NOT ready to commit to having any work done. When your "salesman", Ryan Daryoush, arrived I told him again we were NOT ready to commit to having any work done. When your "salesman" finished calculating the cost for the job, he refused to give us anything in writing as to what would be done and what it would cost. We reminded him several times that we were NOT ready to commit to having any work done and he continued to argue with us. We asked numerous times for something, anything, in writing stating what your company would do and what it would cost. After this fruitless conversation went on for about fifteen minutes, we finally told your "salesman" that we were through and we asked him to leave. He attempted to continue the 'conversation' and we had to ask him several more times to leave. He finally packed up his paperwork and left.

I would never use them.

Most horrible experience! We had a "project manager" come out to the house for an estimate only to meet the most pushy sales person ever. He gave us a ridiculously overpriced estimate then got upset when we wouldn't commite to sign a contract with him. When we told him we would need to discuss it further he got upset and started accusing us of personally insulting him because we wouldn't commit to a 25k contract after 15 minutes of meeting him. Once I looked up all these horrible reviews I knew I didn't want to spend one more minute listening to him. My husband ended up having to ask him to leave because the guy wouldn't take no for an answer! Horrible customer service!! I wish I would have read these reviews before calling them!! Do not even call them!!

Horrible ? they still call even though I ask them not to!

Guy was my rep and he showed up to give an estimate. I received 4 estimates and Paradise wasn't the lowest or highest, but I felt the most comfortable with them after some due diligence. Guy was very easy to deal with and knowledgable about the process and materials. He met with me at various vendors to select the granite, flooring, etc. and made recommendations along the way. The job started a week late because of passover, but Guy called first to make sure that was acceptable to me. On the day they started demo several guys spent quite awhile putting down floor protection and taping off doors and windows. I was impressed by their professionalism. Avi was the site supervisor and he kept in contact daily. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly. Even though they started late, they finished ahead of schedule. The only glitch in the entire process was a series of small problems with the appliance installation. I had a Viking-trained installer do the appliance to maintain the appliance warranties. There were some mis-shipped trim parts, but nothing to do with Paradise. Paradise's component went very smoothly. I was nervous going into this but I ended up being very pleased with the result. I plan to use Paradise for the upcoming remodel of two bathrooms. I would highly recommend them.

The worst. They sent out 3 different crews and the sidewalk is already cracking. When they call to check and see if I want them to do anything else I say no and it was the worst work I ever had done. No one has ever returned my response to see what they could do to rectify the situation. Just Terrible. I am having the the job re-done by another contractor.
