hardwood floor

I found this company through a friend that had used them. And his estimate was about a grand cheaper than anyone else I found. Mr. Kim came by with samples of everything and gave me an accurate estimate of what it would cost to install hardwood and tiles in my 2/2 (1500 sq-ft) condo. He didn't have the most extension selection of hardwood and tiles, but my wife and I did go with the Espresso Maple Hardwood and the Caramel Porcelain Tiles (and we loved them, especially the tiles). All the flooring was replaced in my condo, with the exception of keeping the carpet in the 2 bedrooms. Andy was the actual hardwood and tile installer and he and his crew were great. They also installed half inch cork as a sound suppressant since I was being mindful of my downstairs neighbors. The one problem I had with my place is my concrete subfloor was broken in places and uneven. There wasn't much they could do and I didn't have the funds to hire another contractor to relay concrete all throughout my home. So they just installed over the uneven concrete- which I thought ended up fine. The install went smooth, as they finished installing the tile in the bathroom and kitchen in 1.5 days, and the hardwood floors and base moldings in 2 days. In the end, everything looked great. But, the grout color for the tiles did end up drying a couple of shades lighter than the color swatch- but that seems to be a common problem with grout in general. And I wish they spent more time filling in the nail holes for the base molding- but my painter fixed that on his end. They could have also done a better job at cleaning the grout off the tiles, but I took care of that easy. Also, they didn't do a great job in terms of cleanup at the end (lots of sawdust left in my bedrooms and brushed the dust over my balcony onto the garden below), but I hired a cleaning crew, so that wasn't a big issue for me. They also helped haul off my old fridge, toilets, draperies, and carpets- so big kudos for going beyond on that part.
Description of Work: Installed hardwood floors in my foyer, living room, dining area, closets, and hallways. Base moldings went pretty much everywhere (including already carpeted bedrooms, closets, and bathrooms). Also installed porcelain tiles in my kitchen, laundry room, and both bathrooms.
