Description of Work: The guys were prompt friendly and very courteous! We love out new Air Conditioner and Heater! Our only problem is that we were supposed to get a rebate from the manufacturer and it never showed up. I emailed Christina and called Ted several times about it and no one ever got back to me. I have had alot of health issues in the meantime and haven't been able to follow up since. It was a Big expenditure for us, so the rebate really would have helped. Unfortunately, we never got it.

Description of Work: They did an A/C inspection and filter change.

Description of Work: Had new Furnace and A/C unit installed about 18 months earlier. Also replaced duct work from old heating unit. (never had a/c before) They suggested moving the new unit to the roof which also gave me a additional closet inside my home. This past June I noticed that the fan would come on but the unit was not cooling properly. They came out, found out the unit had a faulty motor and replaced it. No charge to me. I would recommend them to all. Very professional, prompt, and clean.

Description of Work: Replaced 20+ year old forced air heater and installed AC unit. Replaced existing ducts with new ducting tailored to needs of each room. Also installed attic vent to reduce load on AC. Only hitch was the relatively small office which apparently generates more heat (PC runs most of the time) than anyone expected. I can't blame JW as it surprised me that such a small room wouldn't cool down as much as the rest of the house. I plan to engage JW over the winter to tweak the system or enlarge the duct to the room if necessary.

Description of Work: We used JW Heating and Air for installation of our HVAC system. Ted from JW came promptly to take a look at what was needed and gave me an estimate in writing the same day. He was punctual, professional, and attentive to all the questions we had about the installation process. Haven gotten several other vendor quotes, we were most comfortable moving forward with JW because we felt they gave us a fair price and would do the job the right way. | |And we were right! In short, the project went very smoothly and was a very comfortable process. Our work crew (Jose and Jose) was awesome! They always showed up on time and left the home as if they were never there. This was particularly important to us as we had a little one in the home. Very great guys. Ted, as mentioned before, did a fantastic job walking us through the entire process and alerting us to any potential complications (there were none though). The final result, was an installation that looks very clean and operates very quietly yet effectively. | |Personally, I will be definitely using JW Heating and Air again for my future HVAC needs. I would highly recommend them, they were fantastic to work with.

Description of Work: They worked on evaluating a system in my home and well as removing and installing an entirely new HVAC system in another home I owned. Good work with a few scheduling and clean-up issues, but overall, I'd hire them again.
