There is no charge because it is built into the price of the car. I like that it is convenient. They weren't that professional. They forgot about servicing my car.

I always feel like Beverly Hills BMW is thorough, honest and they don't sell me anything. They provide free shuttle service.

I give them excellent marks. Once my car was stuck in my garage and since I am located within walking distance of this dealership they drove to my garage and resolved the issue. They were able to solve this cluster of problems really fairly, expediently at a reasonable price. I was given the benefit of a loaner vehicle at the time which I am sure added to overhead. I think their pricing was very reasonable, particularly since I was given the benefit of a loaner vehicle for the period of time that they needed the car. They provided a good, creative, cost-effective solution to what could have been an expensive, disruptive repair.

First, the tire had a blow-out on the side wall. This was covered by road hazard insurance which BMW sold me at time of car. I should have known when I first arrived that this was not a good place to take a near brand new 2011 750i. At least four people wandering around asked if I was being helped and if I had an appointment. I kept having to say "no" i had a blowout. After 15 minutes a service adviser finally stepped out of their enclosure to assist. Even though these are run flat tires, this was a massive failure (four inch on the side wall). They said it would be taken care of. Well, first they called and said that the OEM tire was on back-order and they had to replace with a different brand. I said fine, but expressed my concern about have one tire different from the other three on a car with 7k miles on it. But I didn't think I really had a choice. When I picked up the car the next day, i read the invoice at the cashier it said the wheel was bent. The Service Adviser never called to tell me the wheel was bent (which by the way was covered by the very expensive road hazard insurance). So I asked what this meant and he said it was probably just cosmetic and he said "and that is never covered"...i told him I was sure it was and after several proddings he called the company on the speaker phone so I could hear it wasn't covered, and guess what, they said "yes that is covered"....so they had to keep the car one more week to fix the rim....but that is not all....I took the car to the dealership that I bought the car from to get it aligned (since they said that it needed it) and they told me "every BMW dealership and service department knows that the reason these tires are on backorder is that they are defective, and that Goodyear will pay to have ALL four tires replaced!" My dealer did all the paper work and fixed everything.....but the Beverly Hills service advisor was simply a jerk and so was their so-called Customer Service Relations Manager..she was just as rude" don't got to Beverly Hills BMW, the only reason they are in business is because of their location...poor service, they lie to your face and are rude

I contacted Neda using their dealership website (chat). She was very accomodating, to the point, didn't try to sell me stories (like a guy from Nick Alexander who told me and quot;please value our establishment over your dealand quot; and that and quot;5 series is the hottest sedan on the marketand quot; therefore it costs money) and we agreed to meet.
I visited the dealership the following saturday. After a brief conversation I received even more discount than I was hoping for. They also appraised my old car. Then ... I ordered the new car. The whole thing took 30 minutes. No hassling, no stories, to the point, organized, funny, accomodating. Just great, great experience.
Neda also helped me with service on my old car (thank you, Lorie) while I was awaiting the arrival of the new one, provided transportation and really took care of my needs. She is very, very funny and now I can't imagine going to anyone else to buy another car.
When the car arrived, everything was ready for me. The car was detailed, I was explained all the features and the financial part was painless and quick.
Mary the head of finance, and Pauline at finance also helped a lot.
I highly recommend, Neda and BMW of Beverly Hills.

To be honest, they are not the greatest. Their bad reputation precedes them. They seem to be the worst of the evils. They are very misleading in their sales. They just tell me about extra services. In fact, we asked for a refund. It was pathetic. They sold us a full package of 4 things, and they all turned out to be what they were pitching. They have been lying to people for years. They are a lousy company. It was this protection of the order that they sold us for the outside of the car and the inside of the car. When we had some problems, we called the company. They said that they don’t do that. They were good with the price of the car. They didn’t call me back the next day after having told me that they will.

Neda knows when our car leases are up, she always calls, she finds us whatever cars we need. She is an incredible woman, fun to deal with, and makes all her customers feel as if they are personal friends. We know she gives us the best deal she can.
