We had a wonderful plumber named Harvey air come to our apartment to fix our plumbing problem he was very communicative and when he was going to arrive and he showed up at the time he said he would he was friendly helpful courteous and quick greatly appreciate it would call him back in a moments notice if we needed a plumber again!

We are SO pleased that we chose this company. Javier and his crew were so professional and kept us informed of every aspect of the work as it was being done. So much care was given to returning the yard and plants to what was before the extensive digging they had to do. And, we were shown pictures of what was found as they preceded with the work needed. I have already given top ratings of this company to neighbors and friends who may need plumbing services.

My bathroom sink needed snaking and yet there was more problems discovered, he managed to problem solve that night considering what he was up against. He came back the next day and finished the job, preventing from having to open the wall! Thank you!!!

I thought the plumber himself and the advice he gave was very good. However there was one major problem that i think is due to the company. The gentlemen who was very nice told me that I should put plastic on one of the septic tanks and the other septic tank had the lid still open and my 1 year old son fell in and we had to get the fire department had to get him out.

I called Javier of Alliance United Rooter and Plumbing Service to unclog my sewer main line of a small apartment building I own around Mid-City, it was a problem I was having already for a couple years, Javier came, did the job professionally, I paid him $250 which I find very reasonable, Javier did not try to scam me like other plumbers in the past. As a landlord I have hired many contractors, couple of them were honest and affordable, but I have never met someone like Javier, honest, professional and knowledgeable, plus he has the equipment to do the job, and that is why for the first time, I have taken the time out my busy schedule to write and highly recommend Javier to anyone who needs a plumber. Javier when he unclogs the sewer line, suggested to me to replace it, he showed me with his camera that a root was obstructed the water to drain properly, beside it was a very all pine. To make the story short, Javier ended up replace the main sewer and all the other pipe under the building, again he was professional, he is honest which is something I really value, you want someone to deal with you with respect and speak the true. Do you want a plumber you can trust? Javier is that guy I can guarantee you that. Finally, all along, I never told Javier that I was a General Contractor, he did not know that, and he never to try to fool me. Because, Javier is the most decent plumber I have ever met, that is why you need to call him with your plumbing problems.

I had four companies that gave me their estimates but only two went under the house and really checked the problem. The other company was very high priced, but also had 3.5 rating from yelp. With Alliance they have 5 stars with yelp but only few reviews. So when I met Javier I was amazed that he is very knowledgeable about plumbing for a young age ,but he told me he has 16 years experience . They came on time and covered all furnitures with plastic and placed paper on my wooden floors. They finished on time and cleaned all the trashs. I will be using him again for my other properties.

They were very professional he was very very reasonable and did an excellent job some places chargre you $1000 to waterjet it was included in the price. They were very friendly and nice .
