I scheduled an inspection to get a quote for a repair of my main sewer line. The inspection was on-time and I received a fair quote for the main sewer repair work. I selected Alliance United for the work and scheduled the repair for the following day. The worker arrived at the scheduled time and completed the repair in a few hours. I was very satisfied with the responsiveness, timeliness and quality of the repair work. I would recommended to anyone.

Every part of this went well, from the first contact until the job was finished we were very pleased with this company. I felt we paid a very fair price and our problem was handled fast and efficiently.

Javier was super. He gave me an estimate when I spoke to him on the phone and when I agreed, he told me that he could come over the next day. (It was not an emergency.) He called when he was about 15 minutes away and showed up well within the 2 hour window he had said. He pulled the toilet and camera scoped the outflow pipe, removing the blockage while showing me the corrosion of the almost closed, 60 year old cast iron pipe that also had root invasion. He then reset the toilet with a new wax ring. He charged what his estimate had been, cleaned up the work area and was very nice. I would hire him again.

Javier scoped the main sewer line and accounted for each water outflow (kitchen, toilets, bathroom sinks, shower, bathtub and laundry). He showed me the line breakage and how the water was slowly seeping into the ground. I felt comfortable with him since he was so detailed and understood where to dig (instead of disrupting the whole yard/garden area). We were concerned about how dirty the job could be, but they tried to keep the movement of dirt to a minimum. As they finished the job each day, they cleaned up the area and getting it ready for the next days work. They only had to shut off the water/sewer usage for one day which made my 91 year old mom happy, We replaced and installed a new sewer system. The pipes to the kitchen, toilets, sinks, tub/shower and laundry were all replaced. They installed rebar dowels before cementing the floors. Upon completion of the whole project they put the yard/garden area back in order. Javier and crew did an outstanding job.

Javier came when he said he would, cleared a drain choked by roots, showed me the entire length of the pipe with the camera afterward, and suggested a procedure which I could follow up with to maintain the integrity of the drain pipe. He was very throrough in clean up and answering any questions, and his price was very fair. I would call him again.

I had an issue where the sewer line had backed up. I thought it would just be a clearing out some blockage in the line. I went online and had a choice of three plumbers. I decided on Javier and I so glad I did. Not only did he use his camera to discover roots had grown into my line, he discovered a leak from my bathroom that was slowly eroding some of the ground beneath my house. We agreed upon a reasonable price and replaced the sewer line leak, removed the roots and provided a very convenient clean out valve for any future issues. He has been very responsive, timely and somewhat just as important, he cleans up after the work is done. For me, he has been very reliable and my plumber of choice since then

They did unclog the tub drain but were 2-hours late, and could have done a better job cleaning after work

Very prompt service which I so appreciated. Rate seemed excessive but it was on the weekend and I needed the job done. Made suggestions about replacement of pipes but didnâ t leave estimate for me to compare. Only a 30 day warranty for a $380:00 snaking job with easy access to clean out.
