I spoke with the client 2 hours after they contacted me through the Angies List Website. Per our phone conversation, the client was going to send me pictures of the project, via text, that evening. The Client NEVER responded back with text / pictures. I cannot estimate on something I did not receive. I received an F review for responsiveness, which, in my opinion, is uncalled for. I respond to all my clients as quickly as possible. My reviews reflect that.Service Provider Response
Thank you For the feedback. I am sorry the client was unhappy with the verbal estimate. I called the client the same day they called for the estimate and scheduled to meet with her that fit both our schedules. I responded within 12 hours of the call and showed up exactly on time for the estimate. I took notes of the repairs to be done and they asked for a ballpark quote as I was leaving. I was going to email the estimate to the client , but after the price I verbally gave, they declined my services. at that point ,there was no need to send an estimate because they declined my services. I understand if the client did not want my services, but I responded quickly, scheduled accordingly, showed up on time and was professional in all aspects.I am a 1 man operation. I take appropriate safety measures where it is warranted.
