Called to see if they serviced my area (Shadow Hills) and could provide an estimate. They were very punctual in getting back to me and scheduling a date to provide an estimate. Fritz (owner) came out on Sat. morning and provided an estimate and told me everything I had ever wanted to know about my pool and how to properly maintain it. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Have been using them for 3 weeks now and my pool hasn't looked better. Richard, the gentleman who servcies the pool weekly is very punctual and friendly. Went through 5 pool service people in two years prior to finding Living Water, looks like I may have found a keeper!

He's extremely professional, very courteous, punctual, and always returns phone calls in a timely manner. He did a chemical start on our plaster finished pool. He took a great deal of care, adding extra chemicals to try and even out our plaster color (we did a french grey, and it was a bit spotty in places). He showed up when he was scheduled, and even though his daughter was getting married later in the day, he came by our house in the morning to brush down our pool. That's commitment. We were so pleased with him personally and professionally we hired him to do a weekly service. A technician comes out, and our pool looks great. He also has since come out to show us how to use the solar, turn on the jets, and explain to us newbies how to operate the pool. This is a great company that has old school customer service.

I have been using them for a month and a half now. They are excellent and they do a great job. They are always on time and every time it is a super clean pool. I would highly recommend them.

He did it through email, so that I don't have any problem. I want to give him good marks for responding quickly. He responded the same day I contacted him. He wrote that they did not do the plastering work for the pool. In fact they recommended the name of the person who did the work. I was surprised because the other people I started contacting, did not even call back. They could have at least called back and told me that they were busy. One person called back and set up an appointment, a week later and never showed up. Living Water Pool Service, Inc was very professional and punctual. I would consider him in future. Once I'm done with the plastering work done, I'm looking to change my pool guys. I will contact him and see what his price is. He is really nice. I like that because he is someone who is very punctual.

They are reliable, easy to work with and they are reasonably priced. They are a good service.

They are reliable and they do a great job. We have no complaints they do the job well. The company is very good at communicating things to you such as if the regular cleaner goes on vacation they will be sending out someone different so if you see a different guy you will know why.

They are fabulous and the owner lives close. They are very responsive to your call. I just had my pool re plastered due to fire damage and they have done a beautiful job maintaining the pool since that was done. They did give a notice when they had to change the schedule due to a vacation they were taking and they were handwritten and I was also told if there was an emergency to go ahead and call.

This is the best pool service I have ever had. They give you plenty of notice when they would be doing something at your home. If you have a problem, you call them and they will return your call. If they go on vacation they will let us know with plenty of notice. I recommend them quite a bit and I have used them for over a year.

Enrique does a good job each week. Occasionally I wish the pool would have been vacuumed a bit better, but that's only on occasion. Otherwise we've been very pleased with the service.

I REALLY LIKE THIS COMPANY. YOU CAN COUNT ON THEM TO SHOW UP AS SCHEDULED AND THEY EVEN LEAVE ME A SERVICE REMINDER TO LET ME KNOW THEY HAVE BEEN AT MY HOME. THIS IS THE THIRD COMPANY I'VE TRIED AND I'VE FINALLY FOUND A WINNER. I HAVE A REDWOOD HOTTUB WHICH IS QUITE LARGE, BUT THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB AND EVEN GET MY BOTTOM STRAINERS CLEAN!

THEY ARE OK. THEY ONCE LEFT THE GATE OPEN TO MY BACK YARD AFTER SERVICING THE POOL. I HAVE ANIMALS THAT I KEEP BACK THERE AND THEY COULD HAVE GOTTEN OUT. I TOLD THEM THAT IF THEY DO THAT AGAIN, THAT I'M HIRING SOMEONE ELSE. I'M THINKING ABOUT HIRING SOMEONE ELSE.

THEY ARE RELIABLE. THEY'RE VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH & RESPONSIVE. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY IS A VERY DEDICATED GUY. THE WORKERS ARE GOOD. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL.

I DON'T CARE FOR THEM VERY MUCH. THEY BOUGHT OUT A SMALLER POOL COMPANY. THEY TAKE CARE OF ALL THE ACCOUNTING. I ONLY KEEP THEM BECAUSE THEY USE THE SAME MAN THAT I HAD BEFORE.
