Description of Work: JC Landworks created a patio area for a hot tub. The staff arrived on time and left the job site clean and organized. Their work is beautiful. These guys know concrete. Jesus, the owner, cared tremendously about the job. It seemed that his only goal was to make sure that we were happy with the work. If we have any hardscape/concrete projects in the future, we wouldn't think of hiring anybody except JC Landworks.

Description of Work: I had an excellent experience with JC Landworks. My driveway and adjoining sidewalk entry (from the 1920s) were cracked, crumbling, and very ugly. JC Landworks demolished all the old concrete, removed it, and poured new cement. Square designs were cut into the driveway, and a chestnut tint inside the squares was added for an artistic touch. This is a very nice upgrade for my house. The JCL personnel were very polite, friendly, and dependable. I highly recommend their service.

+ -1 moreThis is the second time I have used this company. This was a small job as compaired to the last, but still important to me. The last job was at my residence, whereas this job was to fix up about 6,000 sq ft of a back yard at my rental house in Point Loma. Jesus Covarrubias came out several times to ensure his plans were exactly what we wanted. He removed the steps from the rear of a 1941 house, installed a new landing that extended to the fence, and which went inot a large patio of acid washed concrete. Jesus is a real professional in doing hardscape and landscape, e.g., installed a tee for the backyard irrigation in the front yard so that the house wouldn't hear water turning on and off. He was able to bring the water supply under the house and buried such that you don't see any new pipes. He was able to do the hardscape design to go along quite nicely with a new deck that was recently installed. He did numerous other items too (irrigation, paths, steppers, shed pad), all very nice, on time, and no additional charges. His concrete work is really great; My firepit gets great comments from my guests visiting my residence, and the acid washed concrete at my rental is the same finish. He really knows his stuff and
