They did an excellent job in a professional manner. I had not had my office carpets cleaned in over a year and they look like new. Prompt, friendly and very easy to deal with. I recommend them without reservation.

I have a very old, nearly white, carpet and they make it look like new every time. They are very customer oriented. They actually listen to the customer.

The rug has been rolled up in storage since, but we assume the cleaning went well. It took a little while to get the rug picked up and brought back, but the company was responsive during the whole process and we weren't in a rush.

They did a great job. Everything dried quickly and there was no sticky residue. It has been almost a year and everything still looks nice except for the wear and tear we've done to it. They are a company that sticks out and I would have called them to do my son's carpet but they don't go that far. Everything, the carpets and rugs look brighter and cleaner. I was scared to death because they are on wood floors and the guy kept telling me that he promised they are not going to damage my wood floors and he didn't. They look really, really clean and they were barely damp when he was done and they were dry really quickly. I can really notice the difference. The couch and loveseat look amazing too. They have been in storage while we were going through a storage sale and everything just looked clean and fresh. Their price is probably comparable to other ones. It was expensive because I had the couch, the loveseat, and the whole upstairs and stairs cleaned and 3 rugs. I called around. My dad did carpets so I know the importance of having it dried fast. The wetter it is, the worst it is. It will break down the padding underneath so it's horrible. I had paid less in the past and had to get some doors and windows open and freaking out, and it seemed like the carpets felt sticky to me and they got dirty fast. What I like about Zerorez is they may probably be more expensive but everything dries fast and there was no stickiness, and they look cleaner and fresher. I was really happy with them. I've had quite a few different people through the years. The service itself was great. They were really responsive and they were really easy to work with. They actually came early and I loved that they called me. They had a job ahead and they finished up early, and the guy called me and asked me if it was okay for him to come 15 minutes early. I really liked that.

They were on time. I received a call the next day after purchasing their special through Angie's list and had an appointment 3 days later. Although I had other rooms that could have been cleaned; I didn't want them done a this time; they didn't try to up sale me. They came in and cleaned exactly what I wanted. Awesome job!! I would use them again!

It was very good. I did spend more than the "Big Deal" I purchased. What stood out to me was their professionalism and punctuality. The quality of their work was good. They removed everything and put it everything back in the place.

Robert Keith and Robert arrived a little early, worked hard and got the returning spots out of the family room carpet. The walk path into and out of the family room is much better. I delayed in writing my review to be sure those returning spots were truly gone. Great people.

The technician did a wonderful job. We couldn't be happier with the work that he did and how the tile came out. They also took care of two patches in a bedroom where our small dog had peed and it took the smell right out.

They were excellent. It was through Angie’s list that we found them. They were very efficient and did what they said. They came out when they said. It was an overall excellent service, and I would highly recommend.

Terrible. Stripped the grout from the floor. I had to go to Lowes for help and all they said I could do was paint where they stripped the grout.

The young man who cleaned our floors was very professional, explaining the process and showing me halfway through the difference before and after he buffed the floors. We have hard oak floors in the herringbone type pattern without a high gloss so there was not much change in the overall look of the floor. If I were to have the floors done again I probably would want to have some sort of product put on to spruce them up a bit. All to say, the man came and did what I hired him to do so I was pleased with the service.

The job went perfectly. The travertine throughout the house was in extreme need of a good cleaning and polishing. The tiles actually looked better than when new, with a nice sheen. The grout was dirty brown and was almost white once again when the job was done. The carpets had been cleaned by Haines & Cross just a couple of months before, and that job was the best, and I had to have the carpets cleaned again because I had been visited by a family of rats while I had the kitchen remodeled. The company is the best, in response, in getting there, and getting the job done. I did not expect the travertine to look as good as it did.

Was extremely pleased with this service. They did a fantastic job, and the house looked great when they were finished. The gentleman that did the service worked fast, friendly, and professional. We were very impressed and pleased. Would definitely use this company again!

As always, this company does a bang-up job. We hired them to do cleaning at our daughter's home and needless to say, the carpets were very soiled and they did a fantastic job. We have had them do miscellaneous cleaning at our home and never are disappointed. We definitely will be hiring them for a repeat job at both residences. Thanks to them for being so professional and thorough.

Previously, a year ago, they sent two persons to clean the carpets and moved all moveable furniture. This time, they charged more, didn't disclose in the initial telephone conversation that there was an extra charge for moving furniture, and when he (not they) showed-up, it was only one person and he wanted more to move moveable furniture. They didn't check with me about my current email address, and even when I found their email at an old email address, after the scheduled date, it said nothing about one tech (very nice guy, BTW, who was caught in the middle). It did disclose that the homeowner needed to move all moveable furniture. Why, for an increased price with only one guy? I sent him back to the office. I will utilize another company which is more upfront with their services, and provides service for the same or similar price, as I have found in the past. Please, Zerorez, you've got a good product, but hire a business consultant, as this model is a failure long term.
