They did a great job. They were able to come on short notice. They did a great job and we are happy with it. The price was a little high and we negotiated it to where it was fair. This was the second time we used them.

It was a very bad experience. I moved into a house and had the carpets cleaned after I moved in. The job was done very well. When I was selling the house to move out I asked them to come and cleaned the house again. It was the same except the furniture was moved out. They charged me double. I had to threaten to go to lawyers to get it resolved. They did resolve eventually. They did a good job, it was just that the cost was ridiculous that they wanted to charge the second time.

We have used them multiple times. Everything is fine.

They had an equipment malfunction on the truck, which required then stopping and returning 2 days later. However, this was better than trying to clean when things weren't working right. We had a new puppy and they did a great job cleaning up after - we haven't had one accident in the 2 weeks since. Although our white carpet does have some stains remaining. There were a number of add on charges that weren't explained clearly when I phoned. Although they seemed reasonable. Extra charges for pet treatment, $150., Extra charges for carpeted master bath and walk in closet - $60, Spot removal system $50. The carpet is amazingly soft and fluffy and dried quite fast considering we had it cleaned on the first day of a week of rains!! Even our Christmas guests commented on how soft and fluffy the carpet seemed. Would use them again - hopefully we can save the extra charges!

We were happy with the results. This was the second time we had Zerorez clean the carpets. Our first experience was positive as well.

It was a terrific experience! It is the best job that I have ever seen. They use a different type of method, in which no detergent is involved. It is a bit more expensive, but definitely worth the price. Overall, it was just a great experience!

Zerorez was prompt, friendly, responsive, courteous, and professional. Everything they did for us was done very well. The men doing the work were friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous, and were careful not to damage anything, or leave any kind of a mess during their work here. We were impressed with their work, and will certainly recommend them to others.

Showed up on time and proceeded to explain the process and set up for the cleaning. The job which on the phone would take 2-3 hours, and estimated to be 4 hours by the tech, took closer to 7-8. Dry times estimated at a few hours were more like 24 hours. Overall, I am quite pleased by how everything turned out. The carpet is a bit "crunchy" in some areas, I don't know if that's because I need to walk on it more to wear it in or because it's 13 years old old or what. Some pet stains were missed, but I guess it's hard to see based on my carpet color. I like that the process is eco-friendly and safe for my family. Everything got pretty clean.

Zerorez arrived a few minutes early, he walked the areas to be cleaned. Explained the process where he would start and finish and what was done along the way. He explained their specialized cleaning process and the truck (probably because I asked). I have a two story condo almost all of it carpeted. I ended up purchasing the spot cleaning materials after I had to walk on the carpet while it had the spot treatment on it but before it had been cleaned. When I walked back into the kitchen (linoleum) I had small slip. Looked a the floor it was dry, look at the bottom of my very well worn tennis shoes and they were spotless!!! Not bleached out, but as clean as there were brand new. Other tennis shoes never came out of the wash that clean. Haven't had time to mix it up to try it on the tops of the shoes. Needless to say I was very impressed. Even in the high traffic area coming in from outside, entrance to the kitchen, not one spot remained.

The guy doing the work (Chris) was polite, professional, friendly, and very efficient. He put down padding to protect the marble in the foyer, and wore booties. Their process is really convenient -- the carpets were nearly dry by the time he left. I HIGHLY recommend this company, and in particular, Chris

The company provided a two hour window, the technician was here within the first half hour after calling to let me know he was running a little late. The thing that impressed me the most was the care he took in doing the carpet, going over areas and checking to make sure everything was clean. The carpet came out beautifully, both clean and fluffy. I paid the initial quote, there was no garbage about extra services or charges. Just a great, professional job.

The technician, David, was an absolute gem. He was the consummate professional and did an excellent job at making sure the carpets were so clean they looked new. He is truly dedicated to his trade, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is without a doubt, the finest carpet cleaning business we've ever used. And we've used many of the "big names" who guarantee this, and that, only to have your carpet needing to be cleaned again in a few months. I am sold and only Zerorez will clean our carpets from hereon.

The carpet cleaning equipoment worked very well. The carpet came very clean. The operator was just"OK". We had some minor communicastgions with the office.

The process was easy to schedule, they called to confirm, they were able to come earlier than scheduled and called. Great job. It was a big surprise to my mom when she arrived home from out of town. It's now become the family joke as when she arrived at home, she frowned and said mid sentence, "the carpet looks cllllleeeeeannnn!". Now that I'm buying a new place this week, I consulted with Zerorez to ask them what type of carpet I should buy in that they will be the ones cleaning my carpet when it becomes dirty.

They were efficient and punctual. The price was a little high.

They cleaned my carpets and they got the stains out. It went on fine. I can't compare their price because the way they clean the carpets is different and the results are long lasting. I thought their price is on the higher side but they are doing well and still in business so that indicates their price is reasonable.

I spoke with different people in the office twice and did receive the same estimate. The cleaners came by our house earlier in the day than they were scheduled asking if they could fit us in because they had a cancellation and they somehow did not have our phone number. They were gracious enough to return at our actual appointment time. They cleaned everything in just over an hour, and our carpet now looks great! The truck made a lot of noise while they were cleaning, so we left the house and they called my cell phone when they were finished. They said we could walk on the carpet about an hour after they left, but we found that it stayed damp for several hours past that. There have been no lingering odors, and overall we had a pleasant experience.

There were lots of stains, many of which we were not sure would come out. However, whatever they used to clean the carpet worked great. The stains all came out and the carpet looks wonderful. They were very punctual and professional. Although we did not compare prices, their rates seemed reasonable. We were happy and would use them again.

Great experience! Rick was prompt, courteous, and thorough. He cleaned an additional 5x7 foot rug at no extra charge, which we didn't expect. Everything looks wonderful and we will definitely use Zerorez from now on.

They completely cleaned all of the carpet in an hour.
