They did a great job! The guy was also real professional. It has been a few months since they did the cleaning and it still looks like the job was completed yesterday. I will be hiring them again in the future.

The serviceman was on time, friendly, professional and most importantly did an excellent job cleaning our couch, chair and headboard. They smell fresh and clean and dried very quickly. This is worth every penny!

I had never tried them out earlier. I found their price a little bit high. Since I have had it done only for a short time and I hardly had any company since then the carpet looks good. But I had to have him come back because there were two areas that did not look clean. One of them was the steps going up from the front door and the entrance way. It looked like that when they cleaned that the dirt leaked down on the step so that the riser looked really dirty. The entrance way that is the area that people walk on, was not clean. Again there was a place in front of the couch it was the same thing. The rest of the carpet looked almost clean anyway. These areas needed special attention and so they had to come back and clean that. Part of the area still looks the same, the riser does not look as if it was completely cleaned maybe even part of the step. The entrance looks better and as far as where they sat I had a new couch coming in which is covering part of the area. I guess it looks all right. The steps look like a little bit dark and there is an area on one or two of the risers which I expected it to be cleaner. I guess I am just ignoring it. I wanted them to clean a small rug in the family room but they said they would have to take it out and do it in their warehouse and it was quite expensive. Over all I would have liked them to do a better job. They were nice enough about it. As for responsiveness they were helpful in coming out. I am not sure if I would use them again. If they were less expensive I would have considered them. But at that price it will be hard to use them. I liked the way they were cleaning. When you hear people saying three rooms for $59 and one for $189 probably I won’t use them again.

The service was prompt and professional. The job that was done was first class and I would use them again and recommend them to others.

They referred to me by the company who installed my carpeting. Everything turned out nicely, but I do think they were a little expensive. That being said, the crew was very polite and put all of my furniture back in its proper place.

I think they did an excellent job. This company is very honest. After the job was completed and I had paid, the crew realized that I qualified for a discount they hadn’t included on my bill. They then mailed me a check for difference.

This company is incredible! They did a great job on my carpets and were extremely professional and customer focused. There was a small problem with an area of the carpet that snagged from their machine. Eric came out and fixed it and even stretched the carpet in that area so it would not happen again. First time I've used them but now I'm a customer for life!

There was a scheduling problem, but it worked out ok. This method of cleaning is absolutely non-toxic. No smell, no detergents, nothing to be concerned about for someone with allergies and asthma. The carpet looked really lovely when they were done, and they were careful to move everything necessary and put protectors under the furniture. I have tried a number of different carpet cleaning methods-dry Host, chem-dry, steam. This is the most non-toxic. None of the companies I've dealt with in the past or this one ever gave me an accurate idea of how long it takes for the carpet to dry. My experience is that whatever they tell you, double it. This process did take a long time to dry. They said 6 hours, and ok to walk on it after a few hours. It was still slightly damp in spots after 24 hours. It depends on how much cleaning on a spot was necessary and the weather. It is more expensive than steam, even though very similar in process, since they use a special large truck with alkaline water. I would say the results are somewhat better than steam. When I had steam cleaning the spots were back in a month. It has now been a month since I used Zerorez and although some spots are reappearing, not as much as with standard steam. It's worth a try if you are sensitive to odors, and I would say it works best on light to medium soiled carpet, but worth a try before you go out and replace your carpet. The stairs came out really well.

The technician thoroughly cleaned all sides, underneath cushions, individual cushions of upholstered couch and chair; also a throw pillow. The furniture is designer - only two years old - couch a beautiful yellow color - was stained by doggies and full of dog hair that my vacuum would not remove. Brian worked diligently and patiently and got the stain out completely !! He was very polite, friendly and worked hard to make sure I was satisfied with the final results. He may not have known for sure about the stain - it did NOT come back when couch was completely dry. I like this method of zero - residue. Great job, Brian

The job went very well. They did a very thorough job.

We are very happy with them. They came back in April after the first treatment to fix the issue and they resolved the issue without problems. Their no-shampoo, high PH water process, actually restores the carpet not just cleans it. We had two different guys come out. Both were friendly and hard-working. They will cost you more than other cleaners, but you will appreciate the results.

They came out really good and clean. I think they were a little over priced though. I think in retrospect they were good but one time I had a Persian rug guy clean them. He had picked them up and delivered them. They were pretty amazing and I should have probably gone to him instead. I had one big rug and two smaller rugs, and Haines & Cross were pricey for that. When I look at it, the other rug cleaners clean the entire house for the amount I paid. One of the rugs I had, I think it was eight by ten or something like that, I had a pad cut for it and so even that was pricey I thought. Their professionalism was not over whelming or great. I will probably not use their services again in the future.

I spent $500 or $600 on that work. I like the technique that they use to clean carpets. They are expensive.

I was very impressed from start to finish. I have had bad experiences with past carpet cleaners who do a quick in-and-out and every year try a new company. I feel that I have finally found a company that I can start a long business relationship! Yeah! Eric was very professional from the beginning to end. Communication before the appointment was clear and defined the work to be performed before he showed up. His office called and confirmed the appointment the night before and he called 15 minutes before arrival to state he was on his way. I liked that he quoted only the carpet area to be cleaned; so I did not have to pay for area space under large furniture which is usually added into "by room" square footage quote that other companys do. Since I have light carpet, high traffic stains and two dogs, I was worried that they carpet wouldnt come clean. Eric pretreated, agitated and did extraction cleaning. The carpet is fresh, flufflier and CLEAN! I am thrilled and happy that I wont have to interview anymore carpet cleaner companies. Pricing is reasonable for what you get. From start to finish Eric was knowledgable how the process to put our rug through. When they brought back the rug, I was suprised that it was looked. I believe it took about 3 weeks.
