This was my second time. I really liked them. The cost was more than this type of cleaners, but I liked the results. It feels clean afterwards. It does not have any residue sealing. It seems to stay nicer longer. Our little dog got into mud and he really messed up the carpet, so we had to have them come out sooner than we would usually have to have. The carpet was just beautiful after they left. The guy who came this time really seemed more experienced and really knew what he was doing and was very efficient. I just really like the way he handled everything.

It is perfectly done. I like them very much.

One of the bedrooms had a few very bad pet stains that were treated for an additional cost of $50 over and above the normal room charge. The stains were removed very nicely. The two tile floors had build up of grime from traffic and too much use of Mop n Glow type products containing wax according to Dana. He used a powerful stripping agent, which did not have a horrible smell and scrubbed the floors to a brand new looking condition. The technician arrived on time, in uniform and was pleasant and professional. Zerorez called the day before to confirm the appointment and follows up with an e mail survey and receipt. I have used many carpet cleaners over the years and it was a nice change to have a company that acted responsibly and professionally.

Arrived on time, measured the rooms and we came up with a yardage amount for the coupon use. No issues at all and work was done in a professional manner. Quality of clean was excellent and had no issues with the service at all. I left the price N/A becasue when using the coupon, the price per square foot was no different than other companies rated A here on Angies list (based on 500 sq feet). I had three other rooms that I wanted cleaned as well (another 500 sq feet) but when quoted the non coupon price they were almost twice as expensive as other quotes I received here. But I bought the coupon and for the coupon price, everything was excellent. Do they clean better than other companies? I cant really tell, as the carpets were fairly clean to begin with, but I was happy with the coupon price and the service they provided.

Started out great! I initially emailed Eric Bollmann, owner of Haines & Cross to have him come out and give me an estimate. I told him that I only wanted the livingroom/dining area, two hallways and two bathrooms cleaned. I told him that the carpet was very old, had terrible stains AND that shortly, I was getting new laminate and tile to replace the carpeting. This would be a quick-fix for me as I just couldn't live with the stains any longer. I also told him I wanted to take advantage of his $139 special. When he arrived for the estimate I showed him that most of the living room didn't need to be cleaned but only to have 4 or 5 "one to three inch" spots removed. He said that it was necessary to clean the entire living room... and not wanting to "get into it" with him, I let it go, and said okay. He then proceeded to measure the areas requested with his handy roller on a stick measurement device and told me there was $70.20 worth of extra footage (which seemed very high to me, but I didn't squawk. He then told me that if I really wanted the stains removed sufficiently, I needed to opt for their "Restorative Process". How much????... just an additional $91.20! Now we've gone from the $139 SPECIAL to $300.40. Like I said, I just wanted to get the work done but felt I was being "taken for a ride" (kind of like a "Bait & Switch"). I showed him where a convenient water source was, in the semi underground parking area of my three story condo building (I being on the 2nd floor). He said everything looked good and he'd phone me when back at the office to set up a time. He did so promptly and I was feeling okay about the whole thing. A very pleasant young technician arrived promptly within the two hour window, on cleaning day. After surveying the situation, he said that because there was no parking near the closest water source, and because his van was being painted that day (about an hour away) that he didn't have enough hose-line to use with the further water source and do the job. He called his office and was told they could have a van and adequate hose in about an hour. Since it was getting late in the day and since an hour could easily turn into two or more, I just told him I'd call and reschedule since I didn't want the two of us waiting around. He did mention that it had really been a TWO MAN (person) JOB. I soon emailed Eric (owner) to reschedule, and told him, 1. I wanted the same man (he seemed very reliable, and 2. I wanted two men to do that job, as was suggestion by the young man at the first appointment. The office phoned and gave me an appointment time that was good. The day before the appointment, I thought I'd best call and make sure requirements mentioned above would be met since I'd not heard back from Eric re: my email. Lo-and-behold, only one man was going to come AND it was not to be the one I'd asked for. Soooo, we again rescheduled according to the way I wanted it (FOR 300 BUCKS!). The two men came, on time, did a beautiful job, and were very courteous and professional. All in all, very clean carpet with considerable hassle and extra expense. Will be very interested to see Mr. Bollmann's response to this, if any.

Eric, who provided the estimate, was prompt, knowledgable and called ahead twice to confirm his ETA, very considerate. Moses and Sal arrived on time. They too called ahead to advise they were on their way. They were hard workers, polite, careful and clean.The process took exactly 2 hours, just as promised, and the results are terrific. Booties and instructions for care while the carpet dried were provided as well as a complimentary bottle of spot remover, an unexpected and much appreciated surprise. I had to ask for additional treatment around the edges of one closet. The guys could have taken it upon themselves to make sure all the edges were done well, so a little disappointment there, very little. This is an excellent company with great people and quality service. I have already recommended them to a friend.

They were to be here between noon and one today, they called at 12:30 and said they would be here at 3:00, then at 3:00 they called and said they would not be here until 4:00. The men (Moses and Sal) came in and looked around and told me that it would be $450 for the services, he said that he could maybe get it down to $380. I then told them to just forget it and had them leave.

It was worth the extra money. We paid around $600 extra. They came on time, they gave me a great quote, he didn't try to push anything out, he just said that if you have a dog in this house, he did say that our little dog would mark all over it even after he cleaned it normally so we did use the extra treatment and it was helpful because our dog came in our house and not an accident at all.

tsThe experience was better than I had imagined. The technician arrived right at 8:00AM as scheduled. He discussed the details of the cleaning process, the condition of my carpets due to the fact that I had no idea when the carpets has been installed. They were installed before we purchased the house in 1997 and he mentioned that the carpets were in excellent condition. We had spot cleaned them but never had them cleaned professionally. I had removed almost all of the furniture except beds, heavy chests, etc., so the rooms were almost all empty. It took him exactly two hours. He placed foam pads or plastic squares under the furniture that was left in the rooms but that he moved to clean under. He explained that the carpet was very dry to the touch and that after about 3 hours I should be able to put in the furniture. I must admit that I waited 24 hours before I replaced the furniture. I was blown away by the quality of the work and the fact that my carpets looked like new! I called in some of my neighbors who also were so surprised at the quality. He explained why there was a small area in one of the bedrooms that would still show a slight discoloration due to either dog or cat urine, but it is in area where it is under furniture. The reason that I picked Zerorez is the fact that I listen to Bill Handl on KFI640 in the mornings and he advertises the company. The agent that I spoke with was very professional in setting up the appointment, explaining the process, and giving me the quote. The quote was within $5 of the actual fee. I would not hesitate to reommend Zerorez to anyone. The technician was Marcel Costamaillere, and works out of the office at 7242 Reseda Blvd., Reseda, Ca. 91336

Very professional. He gave me confidence that he was going to get the job done right. Company seemed really clean. Everything they said they were going to do, they did. Highly recommended.

From the first phone contact I was very impressed with this company. Very polite and business-like, but in an easy and friendly way. It went very smoothly. Their truck pulled up to the garage, which is not always easy to find in our condo complex. They really knew what they were doing and were very friendly and polite and explained everything. They cleaned the tile, which was really dirty, and did the rug. I will use them again for sure.

It actually worked out really well. I bought the deal, contacted them that afternoon and they came out the next day and performed the services that I needed. In the middle of moving in, they couldn't do everything that I wanted done at that time because we had other contractors working and they made arrangements to come back. They came back when they said they would and did what they said they were gonna do. It was a great experience.

We have had 3 previous carpet cleaners, one being a nationally advertised company. They carpet was never cleaned thoroughly. Today, this carpet looks like new and it is 7/8 years old. I would certainly recommend it as a company that delivers what it promises!!

We paid more than the big deal. We ended up spending around $500. They did a really good job. There was only one guy that came. So, it basically took almost the entire day. We were in the house for a long time. We did not know that it would take that long. We thought they were going to send more people, but it was only one guy that came and did all of it. I think he did a thorough job. He was a little bit late, but he called beforehand.

My overall experience with this service provider has always been excellent. They are very pleasant, reliable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Zerorev to others in the future.

This is the third time I have requested this company's service and all three times I have been quite pleased to the point that I would not consider anyone else. The staff is responsive and professional. They arrived right on time, where careful in setting up the hoses and removing the furniture, the work was meticulous and the carpet looks clean and bright. Even though I have not received any of the other services offered by this company I will not hesitate to contact them if I ever need them.

Eric was very friendly and gave us a very Detailed and fair estimate. Jose came in and worked very hard cleaning and polishing the floors. When he was done they really shined. Our only complaint was that the kitchen faucet was stained by the polishing compound. Eric called us and said he would either clean it or replace it. He came over and used his magic solution to clean it up until it shined. We are very satisfied. Recommend to anyone.

We have been using Zerorez for a long time now and we've been really happy with them but the last time they did my house I was not happy with the service that they provided me. The person that did it just wasn't well trained or something because we've been very happy with them before. They always came when they said they would and they're basically on time.

Came promptly. They were extremely nice young men. I felt comfortable with them in my home.

Very friendly and courteous. Prompt. The carpets weren't as clean as I expected and they still smell a little. It took 2 days to dry in some areas. I didn't expect they would be able to get out all the stains, but I thought they would be able to get more than they did out. It seemed to me like his equipment was struggling near the end of the cleaning, and those were the areas that took longer to dry. His truck left oil on my driveway, which I didn't notice until he left. This is why I gave a B for professionalism. I don't have anything to compare it too, since this is the first time I've had carpets cleaned. However, I'm not sure I would pay for a professional cleaning again for this type of result.

They did a great job. They did a really good job. The guy came in, he cleaned, he moved the things that needed to be moved. We moved the small things out of the way and he did the rest. He left it in great shape. He was very professional and very friendly. I would definitely use him again. His name was Daniel. I would give him top marks.

It went very well with the exception of one bedroom where the carpet was very wet and took over a week to dry. It smelled like mildew until it was finally dry. The technician spent extra time in this room and on the stairs to get up as many of the stains as possible.

They did a great job of cleaning the carpets. Were very courteous, wore booties & gave me additional ones. Came on time, called ahead to say they were coming.

I have used Zerorez before, and have been really pleased with their work both times. Each time they managed to rejuvenate my aging carpet with their through cleaning (and I have two Siberian Huskies). I guess there really is something to their 'drink the water' thing, as when they are finished there's not that slick, soapy feeling on the top of the carpet. I really appreciate this and feel it's safer for the pets who are often in the house. It was easy to make the appointment; they came out the next day. The guy who did the work was prompt, well groomed, very polite and performed the work quickly.
