The technicians arrived on time and were very friendly and courteous. They did an outstanding job and my carpets look new again. They did very minor damage on the corner of a wall and told me about it immediately and assured me it would be repaired ASAP. The company had someone come out and fix the spot the next day. I was thoroughly satisfied with the cleaning and impressed by the integrity of the technicians, as well as the company. I will definitely use them again.

We called to arrange a date and time that worked for us. The appointment was set and details taken, and it was very pleasant and easy to do that. The technicians showed up on time and let us know what they were going to do, including the special cleaning we requested for some spots. We had counted on them coming so we were ready for them. The guys worked quickly and efficiently. They left us booties to navigate the newly cleaned or damp carpet areas. The big stairs going from the upstairs to the first floor stayed damp for three days, which we expected. Everything, all three bedrooms, closet areas, hallway, and carpeted stairs dried beautifully. We have used Haines and Cross before and we will use them again.

Great! Arrived later than scheduled due to weather/traffic, but we received a call to alert us, which was much appreciated. The cleaners were courteous and professional, and did a wonderful job. Haines & Cross is vastly better than any other carpet cleaning service we've used.

They are a fabulous carpet company. I am using them today. I am a property manager, and they service all my rentals, and they service my house twice a year.

I love them. I've used them for years. My experience with them has been just fabulous. I first met the owner years ago when they were starting up. It could not have been nicer. They're so professional! They're prompt, efficient and awesome. The carpets really look great afterwards. They use water to clean. It doesn't have the chemicals or the soap that stays on your carpet. They do spot cleaning first and they really get it out. They're really nice. They don't take all day to do it. The carpets are left soft. Sometimes when you put so much soap on it, you can't get it out and it's kind of stiff. These aren't when they get done. I was happy to see them on Angie's List and they even had a deal going. They do upholstery and oriental rug cleaning, they'll do any of them. Actually, mine is rather oriental because it's wall. They did a great job. They do hardwood. I have hardwood but I don't have them do that. I think they've started doing tile but I'm not positive. If they do I'm sure they would do a great job. They send the nicest people. Whatever I've paid is a very fair price especially because of how the carpets come out. That's why I've consistently used them.

Purchasing two is against the rules (only one per household) and I didn't know so he credited me towards the additional rooms I wanted to do. I paid $50 additionally due to the large square footage on the rooms and hallway. The carpet dried in about 12 hours. They got out old stains and they didn’t resurface! It was really great!

I was not happy with the results. The carpets and furniture were really wet after they left.

Provider was prompt and did a good job. Some areas of stain returned shortly after the cleaning. But other areas remained very clean for a long time. People were courteous and offered suggestions and did a thorough job.

They were great! They came out and gave us an estimate of what carpeted rooms we wanted cleaned that were not included in the offer on Angie's List. The price was fair and the cleaning was top notch. We had some carpet that was very dirty like stairs, etc. and they got it very clean and no spots have returned. I will definitely use Haines & Cross again and would recommend them.

They’ve cleaned a lot of stuff others couldn’t, they are good on time, and they don’t leave any messes. Look for specials on pricing, their prices can be a little higher.

Looking forward to having them back to clean my hardwood floors and tile downstairs.

|When the rugs were laid out in their rooms, we were surprised and very pleased by how bright and clean the rugs were. We had taken good care of the rugs in terms of them in terms of avoiding dirty feet and spills (both were rugs used in master and guest bedrooms), but this was our first cleaning of one of the rugs, after about 15 years, and this rug has large fields of white in it, with just the edges and the center medallion in color. Yet the rug looked almost as good as new--no spots, no stains, no discoloration, and brightened colors. The other rug is a silk Chinese 90-line rug, in pale blue. We were told that "no rez" means no residue after cleaning because only ionized water is used in the cleaning process, meaning no cleaner residue. | |The white rug demanded a lot of detail because certain spots were use-worn and grey looking. One of the techs who delivered the rugs mentioned how hard the cleaner technician had worked on this rug, and his effort shows, as mentioned above: bright and clean. | |Pickup and delivery was as scheduled, and done professionally. The men were friendly yet efficient, and very helpful. The price for cleaning the two rugs might seem high, but it is "competitive" with quotes from other rug cleaning companies, and, most important, the price reflects the high quality results.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a carpet cleaner. I had about given up on using carpet cleaners and had actually purchased a home carpet cleaner from Costco. However, I couldn't do the stairs with my unit so I had to call someone in since I'm putting my house up for sale and wanted everything spotless. Typically my experience has been the carpet cleaning company's are just trying to get in and out of my house as fast as possible so they can get to their next appointment. This was not the case with Haines & Cross! The two guys that showed up were there for at least two hours and did a phenominal job getting the carpets and stairs clean. They were nice, polite, professional, and didn't try to oversell their available services. They emphasized that I should let them know if anything was not done to my liking and they would come back and make it right. I will never use anyone else but Haines & Cross for my carpet cleaning!

Cleaned 3 rooms plus stairs and all the spots were removed and we are very pleased!!!

way over priced, asked them to do the stairs $90.00 more. a little area that sticks out on each side of the stair case, about 4" x 6" was left dirty. Tec said that it was not included in the price of cleaning the stair case, which took him 15 minutes.
