True Home Heating and Air Conditioning

When I decided to install AC for the first time, I interviewed three companies, and I am incredibly happy that I chose True Air. Glen Nichols and his installers, Matt and Brian, completely surpassed my expectations in every area. Initially, Glen made a couple of visits to answer all my questions and educate me on the advantages and disadvantages of the various HVAC options. He fine-tuned the installation to adapt it to my needs, right down to the app-controlled thermostat. In spite of heavy rain on the scheduled date, Brian and Matt arrived on time to install the AC and furnace, and with the help of a few strategically placed tarps, they did a remarkably efficient, meticulous job. They maneuvered bulky equipment through narrow halls without a single scratch or ding to the walls. They also allowed me to watch the process, and they took the time to explain exactly what they were doing as they worked. They are true professionals. Both Brian and Matt are as well-versed in the science of HVAC as they are sensitive to the aesthetics of in-home installations. All seams were tight and squared off, vent chambers were lined and caulked, machinery was centered and balanced, lines were plumb, and most importantly, everything worked perfectly. Brian managed to crawl through impossibly tight attic spaces to install copper lines, and Matt performed HERS tests to assure that the installation would pass all the required inspections the first time. When they were done, Brian swept the halls and garage, leaving the place cleaner than it had been when they arrived. True Air offers exceptional service at an excellent price. Of all the contractors I have worked with over the years, they are among the best. I heartily recommend this company.

The saleman answered all my questions, worked with me to find the proper unit for my needs, gave me a detail estimate and responded to my phone calls immediately. The workmen showed up on time, were polite, worked efficiently and left the area very clean .
