Description of Work: Provided an initial estimate. Then two people showed up for the final estimate which was 25% higher. Very high pressure. We signed, they pulled permit 'overnight' and then wanted to demo immediately without us having picked out cabinet, countertop, shower walls, floor covering. Very pushy. However, they were very professional and cooperative when we decided to terminate the agreement. We selected another Angie's List company with an A rating and have been happy to date (about 50% through the project). |

 + 11 moreTreeium just completed a job for our parents in Lake Forest. The following remarks are from the homeowner who had the work done. "This company is extremely professional. We are very happy with the work that was done. We even made some changes in the middle of the remodel and they took them in stride and accommodated us in every way. Their work crews really know their jobs and do them well. The workers were here regularly and wasted no time. It was so nice also to be able to contact the supervisor of our job at a moments notice. We were never left with unanswered questions or the usual frustrations of a remodel job. We will absolutely use this company again when we are ready to do more upgrades."
Description of Work: Remodeled complete kitchen including installation of tile flooring, new cabinets and island, granite counter tops and back splash. Replaced all electrical outlets, installed new appliances, sink and faucets, repaired drywall and repainted. Also removed carpeting in front entry room and hallway and installed hardwood flooring.
