Mr. Hakim drove out on a rainy day within a day's notice to analyze my home for an addition. He was able to schedule his architect to come the same day and provided a fair quote and assessment of the issue. I told him I needed some time to think it over. He didn't pressure me or bother me with phone calls or emails. 2 months later I contacted him to start the job. The architect even met me at city hall to submit the plans. Everything passed on the 1st try, no revisions. He was very professional and courteous the entire time.
