Description of Work: $49 was paid via Angie's List for a valued inspection of foundation/structure that took less than 30 minutes and supposedly was worth $500? No written report was given. Not sure the credibility is evident. Verbally the inspection was positive, but I would never have paid the original price of same inspection.

Description of Work: I have a crack in a wall that had given me concern regarding the soundness of my foundation. Bob arrived on time with his trusty laser and measuring tape. He told me that the crack was merely cosmetic and that my foundation was sound. He also looked at a few other areas of concern that turned out to be minor issues. He inspected my patio cover which I thought needed to be replaced. He said the only thing needing change was the top layer of smaller wooden planks---that the patio structure was sound. This was definitely money well spent.
