They were fine. They had a little problem getting the materials in, but I don?t think that was their fault; it took a couple of days later than I had anticipated for the installation. Their installer team was very capable and did a very good job. There were four people, two installers and two helpers, and they were very good. They got here early in the morning when they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves. They did a little extra too. I had them move the heavier furniture, and they did an excellent job with that. There was no breakage or damage. I am very happy with the carpets. I would recommend them to others and would use them again in the future if I need additional carpets.

I sought recommendations from Angie's list and from Yelp and decided to use Michaels Carpets.? My first showroom visit was great, discussing our options with two sales persons.? We went home with samples to look at.?? Upon return, we had another discussion with Mike, the owner, who?volunteered to bring quite a few possibilities to our home that very day and talk?us through the pros and cons.?? There was no pressure whatsoever, and Mike was both a great teacher and a great listener....often one or both is missing with? sales people, and we were delighted with Mike.?? The carpet came in a few days and was installed by a very competent man and his son within a week of selection...start to finish.?? The installer also repaired a frayed carpet where it connected with stone flooring...which I didn't even realize was possible.? It removed an eyesore that had been there for months.? The installers?left the home absolutely clean, and were in and out in about 3 hours.?? Stairs are pretty tedious work, so I was impressed with their quality of work, work ethic?and attention to detail.?? I am now considering doing a more extensive re-carpeting with Michaels Carpets.

I called to have them fix two tack strips that were exposed. They were able to come the very next morning, at a time that worked for my schedule. While fixing one of the tack strips, they cut a strip in the carpet pad to lay speaker wire that had been running under the edge of the carpet. They replaced the one tack strip and after stretching the carpet also reattached it to?a third tack strip. They were quick and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. I was extremely happy with their service.

They were great to work with. The owner came and introduced himself to me. They were punctual, and did a thorough job.

We went into Michael's last minute and ended up using them. No pressure during our initial visit. In fact, they recommended some lesser quality carpets in certain areas based on our budget. They didn't have the two carpets in stock, so they installed the two main rooms first, which allowed us to move furniture into the house. Then, they came back and finished the bedrooms a few days later. The quality of the installation looks great. They were very professional and worked with us.

They are an excellent company. They are reasonable and tell you exactly what you need to know. The staff was fantastic.

They came out and gave us a quote, they were very good and right on time. They got the job done in the amount of time necessary to do it and did a great job.

Michael?s Carpet is a local company. They have been in business for a long time. I have known about them but I have never ever used their services. Their estimate was by far the best. I felt more comfortable having them to do the work. Their responsiveness was very good. I never had any problems with them calling back and showing up when they were supposed to. Their punctuality was very good.

I went to a big box store to get an estimate on manufactured flooring. A contractor came to the house and told us he would not move the piano, we would have to pay a piano mover, adding $400 to the job. Because we had Michael's Carpet install flooring in our family rooms several years ago, and the job was reasonably priced and very professional, I decided to visit the store to get an estimate from him. I told him what we wanted to pay, and his suggestions as to flooring and price were right on. Installation was completed in one day, everything was cleaned up inside and outside the house. We have had many compliments from family and friends on our beautiful floor.

My experience with this company was excellent. They are very efficient.

They did an excellent job. They were very responsive, punctual and friendly. They cleaned everything after the work was done. There was just a little problem with the carpet measurement and the owner came out and resolved it.

Great. We're happy with the quality of work. One of the workmen found a diamond ring that had been missing and immediately turned it over to my husband. We're impressed with the honesty and integrity of the carpet laying crew.

I only use Micheal's Carpets. I have a duplex and when I need carpet they have it. They're fast. I use them on my home and the carpet they recommended was less expensive then what we were looking at, I love the carpet my three year old son and I are always on our hands and need playing and its holding up great. INSTALLATION WENT WELL. CARPET LOOKS REALLY GOOD. I AM GLAD THAT WE REPLACED THE PAD - HAVE GOTTEN GOOD COMMENTS ON THE CARPET. I AM PLEASED WITH THE SALES AND INSTALLATION ASPECTS.

THE CARPET COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL TO WORK WITH. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, AND WERE FINISHED IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. THERE WAS NO DELAY FROM ORDER TO INSTALLATION.

THE WORK WAS PERFORMED, COMPLETED ON TIME, AND AS AGREED. THE OWNER EVEN CAME OUT THE MORNING OF THE INSTALLATION BECAUSE I HAD A QUESTION ABOUT THE CARPET, AND HE HANDLED OUR INQUIRY PROFESSIONALLY. ALL WAS FINE WITH THE CARPET. THE CARPET WE PICKED HAS HELD UP VERY NICELY, AND HAS EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS.
