Description of Work: Michael's replaced the carpeting and vinyl flooring in our Infant/Toddler room and some vinyl in our office. They were helpful, had excellent communication, good workers and kept us informed. There was a back order on our vinyl, but they have kept us updated about when it comes in.

Description of Work: This very competent and friendly staff replaced and installed carpeting (with new padding) and Linkwerks Accu Clic vinyl tile flooring throughout our 3200 sq. ft. two-story house within one week. They did a great job cleaning up too.

Description of Work: Michael's was one of three carpet retail outlets that we sought bids from. Excellent experience. In the end we did not use Michael's. They were beaten out on price by about 4%. (Two retailers bidding on the same job, and same carpet design, model, manufacturing.)

Description of Work: Two employees came into my house and installed beautiful carpet. I generally hate the noise, confusion and mess that accompanies workmen but they were fast, neat and quiet. They worked very hard and the work was done in no time. I'm very happy with this company.
