After dealing with multiple shops that just replaced the same parts to  try and fix a recurring transmission issue, Jimmy and his crew finally  solved the problem. They took the time to diagnose the cause rather than just replace the same parts again!
They discovered the wiring issue that caused the error code, and a number of other related problems other mechanics missed. For the time they spent and amount of work, the price was fair and Jimmy was a pleasure to communicate with. He also assisted with the job, doing much of the work himself, gave me all the bad parts, and did his best to clearly explain everything they did, how, and why.
We are fulltime RVers so our truck is our lifeline!  We've had service done at many shops around the country, Jimmy D's is a  rare find and the best by far. If we ever have issues again, anywhere, I will gladly drive the distance to have Jimmy do the job.

Car was complete when promised. Only problem was I noticed fumes from degreaser spray that was burning off on the engine. Returned the car two days later and they detailed the engine while I waited. This resolved the problem.

They were great. Everything was done. It took longer than anticipated but with a classic car, that's to be expected because it's hard to get some of the parts but that wasn't a problem. They were always friendly and always willing to talk. They are pricey but they do the best service. I will not take it to another any place else. You get what you paid for. They are expensive but they get the job done right and if there are any questions and any problems, they are right there to take care of it. They are straight to the point. They don't keep adding prices or surprise you. They are honest. They were very professional.

I had no idea where to take my my car, so I checked Angie's List and found Jimmy's. I must say that I am very impressed and very happy. I will absolutely take my car back and will recommend him to others.

The fuel pump on my older model van quit so I took it to Jimmy D's on
the recommendation of AAA. The service was prompt and the van runs
perfectly. They even repaired a minor problem at no charge. I will use
this service again.

I take all my cars to Jimmy D's and have been doing it for many years
now because I trust this guy- you get an honest estimate and and only
the parts and repairs you really need. This is a small shop, and you can
go in and see the problem with your own eyes, and get to talk with Jimmy or
someone who actually works on your car, not a and quot;customer serviceand quot;
professional. Sometimes they are busy, but it's worth the wait!

They were recommended to me by the auto club. They are very good. I will continue to use their service in the future.
