Courteous and polite

Gerardo was very efficient and made sure everything worked to my liking. He even had to go to OSH twice to get the part needed to fix my toliet. Very polite and cheerful man. I will definitely recommend him and will call him back when I have future plumbing problems.

They gave me a quote to replace a faucet that was reasonless by when they didn't have a part they charged me an addition $132 to go get it!!! That made the whole job way to expensive but I felt stuck. Plumbers they sent were inexperience and they kept calling boss for instructions.

Jaime and his team did a great job. Jaime was very helpful and asked the right questions to make sure the job was done right. We were laying gap pipes for an outdoor barbeque and firepit and Jaime ensured he used the right size pipe based on the BTU output of both appliances. None of the other contractors asked us about the BTU's. We had lower bids but went with Jaime because we felt he was the most thorough and competent. Job was done on time and he even went above and beyond to relocate a pipe that was interfering with our side gate.

Has been out several times for different reasons. Used camera to view into #3 sewer line for possible root damage to pipe and to check for cracked or broken pipe. Jaime was able to take a photo of the problem area for future reference. Not always prompt- does show up and completes job efficiently. I will use Fantastic Rooter Plumbing again.

He showed up early, did a thorough job looking for any other leaks, told me what had been used, and went to get the proper part. Very quick appt.

Excellent co-ordination by the office. Lady set up a visit by her field worker - he showed up on time to evaluate the problem. He needed a gasket to fix the problem but had to get one at a supply store. Because he took longer to return then planned, he reduced the price by $30 and threw in a water pressure check as well. Oh, the gasket did fix the leak. Excellent job by all concerned.

The technician named Eduardo was very professional , working fast, explaining how to avoid same problems with the pipes in the future and left my previously flooded bathroom extremely clean, extra 10 points for that! Thank you, Eduardo!

As it turned out, it was not a drain line breakage as misdiagnosed by a previous plumber; but instead, it was merely a severe blockage. The Fantastic Rooter guy cleared the blockage with a power auger. The camera was never needed!

We thought they would have to go on the roof to clear the main line. The technician found a second clean out that we did not know we had. We save money by not having to put in a second clean-out. Having the second clean-out will save us money in the future. They could have charged us for work we really didn't need, because we already had one. Very happy with the results.
