Description of Work: I had a bizarre problem with the lights in the house. It was diagnosed and repaired within 30 minutes and then went on to double check the other circuits to assure that everything would operate safely. They are my go to people for electrical wiring.

Description of Work: I called Higgins Electric to get help with my garage, but Rhett helped me over the phone, rather than driving out to perform the same test and then charging me for it.  + -1 moreThe young two-man crew arrived exactly on time. They were friendly, efficient and neat. Unphased by cramped working spaces or unexpected developments lurking behind our sixty-five-year old plaster ceiling, they proved to be well prepared and resourceful.
Description of Work: They installed a plug in a cabinet that we are converting to a computer desk. They also uncovered a plastered-over ceiling fixture box, then relocated it when we decided it wasn't in the best place for a new overhead light.

 + 0 moreMr Higgins returned calls promptly. His cost estimate was clearly spelled out. His crew arrived when promised. The work was performed in a professional manner and they cleaned up after themselves.
Description of Work: Updated electrical service from 100amp to 200amp. Higgins installed a new flush mounted meter/breaker panel, added a new riser, ran a new ground connection from the meter to the front of the house through my 18" attic space, and repaired the stucco. They also made all arrangements for a permit, inspections, and the utility company hook-up.

Description of Work: THEY PUT IN A NEW 200A PANEL WHICH PASSED CITY INSPECTION AND THE ELECTRICAL INSPECTION.
