Went Great. Very friendly service guy. Knew what he was doing. We just moved to a new house and brought our and quot;Rain Softand quot; reverse osmosis system with us. We used this company to install it at the new house. Rain Soft has them listed as an approved company to use for this.

Tony came out and installed a Rain Soft reverse osmosis system that we brought with us from our last house. I also bought 1 filter and the middle membrane cartridge from him. It went well.

He arrived right on time. Examined the area and told us what needed to be done and then went right to work .He was very competant and explained what he had done and then went on to rewire two electical outlets thatwe were having trouble with.He explained everything that he had done and made suggestions on care of thefan. When he left the areas that he had been working in were all clean. we were most pleased not only with his work and professionalism, but also with his friendly attitude.

I called them yesterday at 4:30pm and they had someone here by 10am this morning. I am very satisfied with their service. They normally charge $96 for the consultation, but they only charged me the $59.50 for the trip charge.

AFTER YOU CALL WITH A PROBLEM THEY HAVE SOMEONE OUT TO YOUR HOUSE TO FIX IT WITHIN THREE DAYS. THEY ALMOST ALWAYS HAVE ANY PROBLEM FIXED THAT DAY. THEY ARE A VERY PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS.

THE UNDER THE SINK UNIT HAS NEVER WORKED SINCE THE DAY THAT THEY INSTALLED IT. THE COMPANY WILL NOT EVEN STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT OR MAKE IT SO THAT WE CAN EVEN USE IT.

I HAVE ONLY DEALT WITH THEM SINCE THEY PUT THE SYSTEM IN. THEY DO A GREAT JOB AND COME OUT ONCE A YEAR TO CHECK EVERYTHING AND CHANGE MY FILTER. THEY DO A WONDERFUL JOB.

WE HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE WATER SOFTENER AND IT TOOK A VERY LONG TIME FOR THEM TO RETURN OUR CALLS AND COME FIX THE PROBLEM. I THINK THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS SOME FLAWS, BUT THEY FINALLY FIXED THE PROBLEMS.
