Description of Work: WE BOUGHT CARPET FROM LOWE'S AND HAD THEM COME OUT TO INSTALL IT. THEY HAD TO TEAR UP ALL OF THE OLD FIRST AND LAY NEW TACK STRIPS BEFORE THEY COULD PUT DOWN THE NEW CARPET.
