I called to ask for someone to come to measure the table. After a week of no response, I called again to be told they were shorthanded and very busy. They told me how to measure for the glass. I did, went to their office, discovered they had given me inadequate directions on how to measure the corner radiuses and got a quote. Because I lacked confidence in my ability to select the proper glass thickness for the job, the proper clearances, and the proper radius for the curves, I asked and they agreed to come measure it for me. Only after they came to measure did they inform me that a visit cost would be added to the original price quote. They quoted a date when it would be finished which they did not meet. When I called to find out where the glass was, I was then informed there was a delivery charge. I must have sounded mad because they offered to waive it. We did get our glass the next day and it looks great. Over the last seven years we've bought several thousand dollars in replacement window glass from this company. If this was a job they did not want to do, I wish they had told me up front.
Description of Work: They provided a glass table top for our new custom outdoor table.
