They were prompt and here when they said they would be here. They brought the carpets back when they said they would. My only problem is that the carpet didn’t come back as good as I had hoped. My expectations may have been too high. I’m not sure if it was their fault or the carpets themselves. We had new tile installed in our kitchen. The person who put it in did not deal with the new grout properly. There was a haze on it. The retailer we went through called in The Specialist and they got it off.

What I really appreciated about James, who is an owner and did he work, was that he was very friendly and conscientious. He took his time. He called after he did the work to see if I had any questions and to see if I was satisfied. He uses natural products as much as possible versus other chemical cleaning products. I was really impressed with the attention given to the customer. He was recommended to me by a realtor. He was very hard working.

They are really good. They are good at getting most of the carpets and getting our furniture put back after they’re done. The owner is really funny too.

The guy was nice about moving furniture when I wasn’t able to. He was friendly. He did a good job. He has good solution that he uses to clean the carpets. My carpets came out really clean.

The Specialists have cleaned my and my mother's carpets for years. We both have rescue dogs who have bad house manners, and we thought our carpets were ruined, but with The Specialists' special urine treatments, our carpets look and smell like new! They gave us an honest estimate and worked hard to meet our expectations! A couple of times I found something not quite perfect, and James came right out to fix it. They promptly answer and return calls, and have been able to squeeze me in to clean for unexpected house guests.Their prices might seem high, but you get what you pay for, and their cleaning works! I've hired other carpet cleaners and they just can't compare. I've always been more than satisfied!

We have used this company repeatedly because of the superior quality of their performance. It is a small business run by a husband and wife team. They come when they say they will come; they call on the way to confirm; they arrive spotlessly clean and well groomed. All of their equipment is also clean and in good repair. When they arrived, they discussed with us precisely what we wanted done. They listened and accommodated our needs including carefully moving some cumbersome electronically controlled chairs which are a medical necessity. Before they start they place little L-shaped barriers at all the corners and doorways which protect the walls from bumps and scratches. They work very hard and really pay attention to edges and corners. They may be the most polite workers we've had in our home...ever. They first vacuum [commercial grade] and then they use the cleaner which leaves NO residue...it gets amazingly dry very quickly. We had an extra service of stain protection which has a warranty....a symbol of how good their work is. Before they left, they asked several times if they could do anything else for us. They asked that we inspect their work. In total they cleaned 5 rooms and a 40 foot hallway. When they left, everything was perfect.....the carpets still look brand new 24 hours later. They picked up all their supplies and cleaned up any water from the tile entry. They secured our outer security gate without being asked. They are just the BEST!!! If this sounds like a rave review, it is. We are very picky and these young people are reallllllly good!!! Give them your business; you'll want them back again!!
