Henry, so far, has proven to be a "true" professional. The cabinet reface is currently still in progress. Will report more once it is completed.

Scheduled quickly. Adjusted to us forgetting to empty cabinets and drawers. Finished entire kitchen refinishing in 4 days. Nice quality work (my wife is happy!).

Initially there were some concerns, they got addressed overall I got a nice looking kitchen.

Our cabinet reface, new counter and backsplash turned out beautifully! We were happy with the initial quote and felt comfortable after a consultation with Rick. The project started a few weeks after it was original advised however. It was easy to get get in touch with the company to ask questions and they did redo anything we were not happy with. It would have been helpful to receive something with anticipated timeline of starting date and each step along the way and who would be the person in charge of each step. We had to go with what we were told from one person, but then we would hear something else from someone else. Which led to some confusion. Unfortunately, our job didn't end well as we strongly believe a crew member accidentally took our house key, but we haven't been able to get it back and it has never been found. Another unfortunate incident was that our first interaction with the owner, Henry, was when he called on the last day to ask about payment. We still had some concerns and were wanting a couple things fixed and would have liked the courtesy of him first asking about our thoughts on the work and his crew. The project did not end well, but the work was done well and everything was corrected until we were satisfied, so I would recommend the company. This was our first time getting any kind of remodeling done and that background knowledge probably would have helped.

Henry seemed very negative about the job I had for him - repairing some kitchen cabinet doors. Everything seemed "not possible". However he did get them repaired, but I had to have several redone. due to the wood being warped. And a drop down drawer was never repaired due to his"not possible" comment. For the amount I paid, I felt the job was not up to his standards, according to all of the 5 stars he received.

I decided to go with Idel Design because I felt like Henry was the most knowledgeable and understood my vision. He can be a bit rushed at times but gets the job done. I can't speak highly enough of the team that came out to do the work. They are top notch! We took our kitchen from dark cabinets to a creamy white with a brown glaze. Not only did they do a beautiful job, they treated our home as if it were their own. The sink and countertop installation was great too! The job started and completed on schedule. I would highly recommend Idel Design for your next project!

I couldn’t afford to reface my kitchen cabinets. Other companies wanted too much money. Home Depot wanted $10,000.00 for plastic doors! I found Henry from Idel Designs on Home Advisor. If it weren’t for Henry, I wouldn’t have a beautiful kitchen. Henry worked with me, letting me do some of the work myself to keep the price down. Thank you Henry! We’ll be calling you again. Very efficient and quality of work was exceptional. A little expensive but what the team did was still worth it. Henry, the owner also helped us with making selection of cabinets color and found a matching granite with the cabinets. Thank you Henry and team for a beautiful kitchen.
