Henry and his install team worked fast and clean at a very good price. I already recommend him to friends to have their kitchen upgraded. Out kitchen cabinets look like they just came out of a new home showroom.

Response was immediate. Kept us in the loop at all times. Workmanship was quality. Would not hesitate to use them again.

We were extremely pleased with Idel Designs. We hired them to repaint our kitchen cabinets, and they did a beautiful job. They completed the project on time, and their workers were very courteous. We would definitely use them again for other projects.

Owner responded to our request immediately. Since December is a slow time for kitchen cabinetry, his crew jumped right on it and the job picked up on Weds was done on Monday and installed on Tuesday. The match in colors to the older parts was excellent.

I dealt with the owner Henry to set up what we needed. We repainted our cabinets and the crew he employs are professional and very friendly. Henry was very responsive to us and we asked ALOT of questions. I would highly recommend IDEAl Designs, Inc. We may even return to get our bathrooms updated! Thank you Henry and CREW!! We had a new kitchen by the time the holidays started and it was fantastic.

Kitchen Transformed. Extremely pleased with my new kitchen cabinets. The staff at Idel were professional and courteous and finished the job on schedule. I was a little reluctant at first to hire them given past poor Yelp ratings, but considering that the posts were a few years old I decided to have them bid the job. I am glad that I did. Their bid was competitive and the workmanship top notch. Elio took his time refinishing the existing oak, which is challenging given the wood grain. And the installers lined up the doors perfectly. High marks. My only real criticism (not enough to drop the rating) was that even after sealing the kitchen from the rest of the house, paint dust found its way into the other rooms and onto the furniture. Nothing that a dust cloth and Pledge couldn’t take care of, but you will need to spend some time wiping down your stuff.

Andrea is the backbone of the company, very professional and prompt. Went out of her way and always smiling and informing us before the process started. Her rating is 5+ stars. The actual product is great. 5 stars Good quality- the installers very professional listened and adjusted to our liking while installing and explained why a change might be needed. Never rushed to leave and all installers felt like friends helping us out, plus always on time. They get 5 stars. Now the coordinator of everyone the project, came a couple of times, to tell the workers he got them another project... hence hurry up. Could not accept his mistakes, and tried to put us to blame and pay extra. Said fine then I’ll do it for free, even though you should pay the $60.00. It was fixed never called to check up. I would have rather paid up front and submit a services not what was promised, than having them finish and they have the leverage on us. By saying we need to pay for services done. Out of the 15 people we came across only one made it a bad experience. For the amount we paid I would expect some costumer service, from the “top” person. The products or labor was great, but this persons attitude made it bad for us. Thank you Andrea, and all the installers We live our Kitchen!

The kitchen cabinet painters were fantastic!

Wow, they EXCEEDED my expectations!! I cannot believe how amazing my kitchen is thanks to Idel. Quality 100%, Price=Fair for sure! I could have paid Home Depot alot more money for a lesser product! Service WOW, Andrea the amazing design consultant is out of this world! So talented. We are "almost done" and are so happy.

Very good job I will use them again

The cabinets are beautiful. Andrea did her best to coordinate things, however, there were problems. Specifically 11 pieces had to be re-done due to inaccurate measurements. Until we got Marcos to install the cabinets, the work was slow and not of the quality we saw from him. Good thing is they don't get paid till you are completely satisfied. Andrea is easy to communicate with. Today Aug 5 noticed that the frame around the microwave was loose. Contacted the gentlemen who originally put in the kit around the microwave. He told me that they usd the wrong screws, too short and that he never uses that type. He also reminded me that they had put back the dishwasher incorrectly which he corrected for us previously. So it cost us $50.00 dollars for his service call because of poorly done work.

Very good quality work

There was some miscommunication between the person who gave me the quote and the person putting the drawers and doors on. I ordered 6 drawers but only got 5. The bread board doesn't fit in the space for the bread board. I will need to have someone use sandpaper on the side of the bread board. It was a big project and I know everything doesn't turn out perfectly but I'm a little disappointed. But I wanted to get everything put back in my cupboards so didn't want to have to wait for them to come back another time.

Quality work

The cabinet and tile work was beautifully done, however, the kitchen sink was installed under the countertop incorrectly, causing the sink to separate from the countertop. After several back and forth emails and calls, Henry did send someone to correct the problem.

They do wonderful work

IDEL Designs did a kitchen remodeling and also installed 5 shelves next to a fire place. The carpenter use hot glue to install the units-, he did not use toggle bolts to secure the units to the studs. A week later one shelf fell off the wall and damaged the lower counter top. Owner passed the problem on to the carpenter who initially installed the shelves. It was discovered that all 5 shelves were not bolted to the studs, he only used hot glue! He was very rude and stated we were too picky. Owner still has not responded to email/calls to resolve issue. Would not recommend IDEL Designs since the workers like to pass the problem on to others. Satisfied with the cabinet painting - refinishing. The counter top was quartz material that they never finished polishing the bull nose edge. Get everything in writing and do not pay a dime until your a 100% satisified!

Owner very bad manners Very difficult and rude. Get ready for a fight.
