Description of Work: I had a mysterious water leak in my front yard irrigation. I was not able to handle it myself so I hired Steve Dame to identify the problem and fix it. Steve's crew member, Juan, arrived ten minutes early and listened to my description of the problem. He dug up the line where I left off and found a connector that had a small high pressure leak on the main water supply line. This leak caused the landscape to flood out over a long period of time. Juan replaced the damaged section, tested the repair and did not cover his work up until he demonstrated to me it was repaired. When I approved of his work,he replaced all the soil and top vegetation before he left. I was very happy Juan was able to resolve my problem in an hour and a half. I will be consulting with Steve Dame's company in the future for any problems I cannot repair myself.

Description of Work: I had Dame landscape come out to troubleshoot my sprinkler issues, which was done. The rep made recommendations of new sprinkler heads and told me that he would have the company send me a quote. The rep mentioned that it would probably be "a few hundred dollars" which I was OK with. When I received the quote, it was over a thousand dollars so I decided to not move forward.

Description of Work: The landscaper installed a valve to replace an old existing valve, installed correct nozzles to replace the incorrect nozzles, repaired a broken lateral line under my synthetic turf, and installed a solenoid to replace the existing old solenoid. Everything went very well!

Description of Work: They Evaluated the current sprinkler system, I was expecting more to be done to the actual sprinklers and have them re-adjusted for overspray. All that was really done was an estimate for several hundreds of dollars to take out what I have and install a drip system. I will not be doing that. |

Description of Work: I was not impressed with this company. They did not call me to discuss what the fee would cover. The tech that came out was very friendly and knew what he was doing. He made some minor changes and explained that a more thorough inspection would need to be done, and I ask that they replace a few sprinklers and he said that he would have Steve call me and discuss his findings and what the cost for repairs might be. That has been almost 2 weeks and I have heard nothing back from them.

Description of Work: Did an initial check of irrigation system cost $75 within my expectation. I asked for replacement of existing irrigation controller at next appointment. They sent an estimate of $235 including cost of unit and labor cost. I questioned labor cost and was advised there was a $100 minimum billed at $50 per hour. So labor was @ $50 high as labor time was only @ < one hour. However everything else was great and I would recommend and use them again as they solved my problem , providing me with a timer which is easy to use and of good quality.

Description of Work: Sprinkler maintenance. Many areas are still not functional and as a result many fruit trees are drought damaged. They did not do a complete job. High priced and low quality.
