Steve was responsive, professional, very helpful. His workers were excellent, hard working and the results turned out better than I anticipated.

The "tune up" was fine, but it was obvious that a lot of plants were not getting enough water, and the major reason was the type of sprinkler head. So we agreed to a lot more extensive work for them to change out all our agricultural (slow, minimal water dripping out) with a different type that would allow for better coverage overall. We still have some problems (still have incomplete coverage) but is definitely better than before. After their service (and after we had paid), I called back to ask if they could come back (when convenient, when they were next in the area), to replace one more sprinkler head for a small section of the yard we had overlooked while they were here doing the work. But I never received a call back, and just let it go. I imagine it did not seem worth it to them, and they probably felt they had completed the work so we would have had to re-hire them. However, it really seemed to be part of the same job.

I was very, very impressed with both the quick response as well as with, what I consider to be, outstanding customr service . . . in fact, I was so impressed that I requested a quote for installing a new irrigation station covering another small area, and will be scheduling that appointment after the Holidays . . . Company representative showed up on time, was very courtesous, answered all questions, and did a thorough job testing the entire system. After checking out the existing system, he then walked us through the types of changes and upgrades that would help us have a much more efficient irrigation system.

The only work that was done was a visual inspection of the nozzles (which I can do myself). I was also given an estimate of $500 to add new sprinkler heads. I contacted the company and was told that had they adjusted anything it would have affected the grass and other areas. Unfortunately I didn’t need to spend the money to find out that I had dry patches. I think the guys are good and their assessment was correct but I was hoping for something to be adjusted even if it was the minutes of watering per zone.

The gentleman came out right on schedule and inspected our sprinkler system. I am not sure if he "tuned" anything up but he was very honest about the general health of the system. Recommended some minor repairs that I did on my own.

He was on time and courteous. I just didn't like the price.

It went very well. The helper did the work but Steve Dame had explained it to him very well. My wife and the helper surveyed the area and she showed him what Steve and she had discussed. He went about his business and it was completed in very good time. Overall it was a great experience.

Dane Landscape showed up as scheduled and reviewed our entire irrigation system answering questions along the way. Then provided us with a written estimate which seemed reasonable on the pricing but we were able to do the work ourselves.

Juan and Ricardo arrived promptly at appointed time. We reviewed with them the work required. We discussed various options. The work began and continued smoothly. It all went smoothly. My wife and I are both delighted with the delightful results of their good work.

I had purchased a certificate from Angie's List for his irrigation tune up special. They were available to come do the tune up the next week. The technician showed up as scheduled and walked around the yard with me, asking about the irrigation system and looking at all the stations, sprinklers, etc. He indicated what they could do and went about making minor adjustments, checking all parts of the system, etc. We decided that we needed to have some additional work done, i.e. some repairs and replacements and scheduled a date for them to come back to do that. That experience was also positive and our irrigation system was all set for the summer. I don't know how to compare their price to others as we did not get separate bids. The first service was with a pre-paid Angie's List certificate and was probably a bargain. The add on service was a bit expensive but worth it to be sure our irrigation system would work properly through the summer, which it did.

We initially contracted Dame for an assessment of our current irrigation system. Steve Dame is very knowledgeable with regards to these systems and provided a lot of valuable feedback. I was able to take his recommendations and replace nozzles and adjust zones for better coverage. We were very pleased. We also hired Dame to design and plant new landscaping on our driveway slope. The did a good job of planting and assisting us in selecting the right plants for the area. It has been about six months and we've only had a couple of the plants die (they will reimburse us for these) and the area is starting to fill in nicely. Our only complaint would be that the plants selected were young and we would have liked more mature plants so it wouldn't take as long to fill in. For what we paid we could probably have gotten larger plants to begin with.

Dame Landscaping did exactly what they promised including to provide a detailed accounting for work they recommended to further improve our system. They seem like an honest company with integrity. Thank you.

Wow! This company responded quickly, treated me like I was spending thousands. I liked them so much I have asked for an estimate to do my back yard. Juan was the technician - incredible customer service! You can't go wrong with them.

He did a wonderful job and even replaced a few parts for me at no extra charge. He was on time, professional and very pleasant to work with.

All positive, had supplies, completed after he came out and looked a few weeks prior.

Punctual and professional - complete tuneup of irrigation system - they readjusted the nozzles and cleaned out a few that had partially clogged.
