My dog chewed up the top of the knobs for my lawn irrigation system. I show Angie's special, so purchased it and called them. The man on the phone was pleasant enough, but sent an employee to my house. He was very unsure about the job, needing to call his boss 3 times in order to clarify what I was paying for and my outstanding balance. He replaced the knobs, but then only provided an inaccurate analysis of the rest of my system. He claimed I had a huge water leak and a sprinkler needed to be replaced, estimating $300. He insisted the special was only a visual inspection. I checked with my gardener afterwards and he said the sprinkler had been stomped into the ground and replaced it for $12.99. Buyer beware...

I expected a long wait for an appointment as I called up the day after Christmas to schedule an appointment. But we were scheduled for 8 am the very next day. Upon arriving, Juan was very courteous and explained everything he was checking as he did it. I had thought some of the heads weren't working as they didn't turn on during the timed sprinkling. Juan explained that our system had such low pressure that the sprinklers didn't have a chance to turn on during the allotted time for sprinkling. He made good recommendations, such as putting our sprinklers on drip irrigation and reducing the number of heads on a valve. While at our house, Juan checked the whole system thoroughly, and took the time required to deal with our labyrinthine system and answer my questions with efficient good cheer. We were not pressured to use their services again, but because I had such a good experience, I will definitely have them at the top of the list the next time my system needs help.

It was easy to schedule a day and time for the service and Juan was knowledgeable and effective in the landscaping work as well as the lighting repair that was requested. I wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future.

Juan was so knowlegeable and professional about my system and we also talked about the drainage from my rain gutters and what I should do about a section of grass under my tree that could be growing better. If I have any exterior issues in the future, I would definitely call Dame Landscape again.

Steve Dame responded quickly to my inquiry, following up with a site visit within two days. He provided an estimate later that same day and agreed to honor his 10% Angie's List coupon. Work was completed on the designated day by one of his employees (Juan) who, after calling ahead, arrived early. Both Steve and Juan were professional, pleasant to deal with, and informative. Lesson learned: After procrastinating for months I wish I had called Steve weeks ago. He handled things quickly without intrusion. Good job!

Their service was good. The guy was prompt and did what he signed up to do, no complaints. They are highly reliable, professional, and did good work.

Dame Landscaping did a fine job, but left a bit of a mess where plants were cut back for him to have access, and where glue for sealing the PVC pipe was dripped, which was surprising. Have used him twice, will use him again.

The experience with Dame Landscape from speaking with Steve the owner and the crew of Juan and Steve went fantastic. They all did what they said they were going to do. Very professional and when their quality work was completed the crew walked me through it and asked if that was satisfactory. They then cleaned up and were on their way. Great job! I will use again for the next project.

The service was professional, he was punctual, polite, professional. He checked out all my sprinklers, fixed a few little problems and charged next to nothing. Would highly recommend this company

I purchased the Big Deal for a complete sprinkler tune-up for $45. But my real problem was the automatic irrigation timer was out of action and I needed someone to install a new one (which I had already purchased). Although this was apparently not what the Big Deal was supposed to cover, the company agreed to do the installation for an extra $50, which was half the amount they would normally charge for that work. I was very grateful and pleased with the result.

I received a quick response, the next day a technician was able to come out and look at a new irrigation system which was malfunctioning. Just prior to Dame's arrival, the electricity was restored to part of my house which allowed the irrigation system to work again. The very polite technician spent about 5 minutes at the system and agreed that it was working fine. He suggested that I purchase a Big Deal to check all the stations for appropriate irrigation times as I was questioning him about making adjustments and he is correct that the Big Deal is very well priced. I plan to use it sometime soon. I would use Dame again, they are very professional and courteous, but I hope it is for a real problem in the future.

Bought a Angies list deal and tried to contact the company 3 times to schedule their fulfillment. Never heard back from them. I have been ripped off.

I would recommend Dame Landscape for irrigation needs. We will also probably use him in the future for landscaping.

I was very satisfied with the new sprinkler heads on my front lawn and complete new drip system through out my back yard. The price for everything was good. The Landscapers were very polite and professional and showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Dame Landscape and I would use them again.

Steve Dame showed up on time, efficiently evaluated our existing irrigation system,adjusted what he could and promptly sent and estimate for recommended repairs and upgrades for better spray control on individual sprinklers and capping unnecessary sprinkler heads . I decided to go ahead with his recommendations and he proceeded to do the repairs/upgrades which have worked out very well. While he was there I asked him to look at a non-working fountain/ water feature on out back patio and he located the plumbing problem and repaired it on the spot at reasonable cost. I will use him again for any sprinkler system/ irrigation issues I have.

Overall experience was very good. Showed up on time, did the job as I asked and finished ahead of schedule.

I purchased the deal to have the sprinkler system checked in our recently purchased house. Checking the entire system and watering schedule. Excellent service, great value. I highly recommend.

They did well. They were prompt and professional. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They tuned up my sprinkler system and gave me an estimate to repair the system and make changes as they discovered during their tune up. I did think their estimate was pricey.

The crew arrived early, and worked very hard for the time there were here. They were knowledgable about the types of plants and how to trim for the plants health.

They showed up, turned the system on, checked to see everything was working properly, cleaned some sprinkler heads, made some adjustments, answered all of my questions, provided some advice and were on their way.

He was on time. He did the work as agreed. He did everything he said he would.

They were friendly, respectful and was happy with their service.
