Install-It-Direct

Of the three estimates I had, Install It Direct was the most helpful in my making decisions on the work I wanted done.

I worked with Tim (the owner) directly. He was very easy to work with and his crew did a great job. We hired them to do a huge overhaul on our backyard. We had them install drainage, retaining wall, synthetic grass and pavers. (All of it completed on time) I'm recommending them beyond the quality of work but for their insight on improving the vision I had. Most importantly Tim sticks to his word and his price. With a project like ours things come up that requires more work/materials and Tim never once tried to renegotiate the price. Contractors are hard to trust and I trust Tim and install it direct.

Jose and his crew were very professional. They made good suggestions and completed the job in good time. We have received good compliments on our wall. Jose also drew poermits from the City of Santa Ana for our wall. This was deeply appreciated!

Crew and installation was excellent. only minor complaint was that mgmt could have done a better job of communicating about start times.

We had a small patch of grass installed after our 2 puppies ruined our real grass. Install It Direct did a great job. They removed large branches from our hedge that had grown under the lawn. We received another bid, Install It Direct gave us better quality turf for less. They were in and out in just a few hours. I love going out to my backyard again!
