Jeff Petty worked with us to order just what we wanted and needed for 28 windows of different sizes and a sliding glass patio door. His installers did excellent work and cleaned up well after each work day. My wife and I are very pleased all the way around.

After more than 5 y after installation, I had a little problem with screen doors after a lot of rain. The sliding doors still look like new. Jeff ,the owner of the company, was very nice and very easy to talk to. He sent one of his guys, Vyacheslav, who fixed screen doors very fast and had noticed a small leak and fixed it too to prevent further problem. I want to thank them for the great service and good job.

We interviewed several window replacement vendors. Actually was referred to CWE by a neighbor who DIDN'T use them but wished they had. Jeff was very professional and attentive to our budget needs. No 'hard-sell' tactics. We signed one day; Jeff's lead installer measured all 9 windows and patio door soon thereafter; windows were ordered and ready in 2 weeks as promised. When the rains abated, Jeff's install crew arrived early and went straight to work. Install seemed effortless, all dry-rot issues expertly addressed, all window coverings and furnishing replaced as if never touched and the house was cleaner then when they arrived -- what a delight. The installers used extra care using floor coverings and tarps to protect our belongings; they were a pleasure to work with and they made things easy. All was done in one day. AMAZING experience, and amazing improvement to our home, functionally and aesthetically.

The owner came and personally priced out project (full house window replacements). The installers very professional and had the job done in one day and left my house clean. I highly recommend this company, a great team. They exceeded my expectations and were very honest.

I was taking quotes from various companies and spoke to Jeff, one of the owners, who promptly returned my phone call and was immediately impressed with him. When he came over, he handed me a brochure of the windows and a sample of the window that would be installed. Since I was replacing all my windows, the price had to be right and I wanted to make sure I was installing the perfect window. I followed my feelings and hired him on the spot. I cancelled remaining appointments with other companies. His partner came over later on and measured all my windows. They installed on the windows on February 8th. There was three of them and they completed the job in one day. They laid out plastic on the floor and furniture. These guys were so fast and efficient. They also were careful not to let my cat run out. I highly recommend this company for installing windows. Being a first time home buyer, I feel I made the best choice by choosing this company - even my neighbor gave them a high 5, because she was impressed with their work.

Jeff is one of the most amazing contractors I have ever used. I was so impressed with his professionalism and his warm personality...never overselling but listening intently to what we needed and making the best recommendation for the installation of our new door. We didn't even contact anyone else to get another bid because we felt so comfortable with him at our first meeting. And the installation went better than we could have hoped for! On time, no mess and professionally handled all the way. We will use Jeff again and again. Crazy great!!!!!

Best experience with a contractor ever! Jeff Petty was extremely helpful in the selection of a sliding glass door replacement. The door arrived and was installed when promised. Installation was without problems. The installers were respectful of the area and left it clean.

There's good , there's better, and then there is Jeff Petty and his team of amazing guys who put the " Win" in windows. From the initial consultation to my specific request of " keeping the character" of my mid century modern house , Jeff listened , and with his team of craftsmen , replaced 20 windows with the care and workmanship that only real pros do. I am very impressed with the quality of the work , and truly satisfied with my new windows. Thank you , Jeff and your very hard working team. Jeff Petty came to the house, measured the old slider to be replaced and ordered a new one from Milguard. Upon arrival, the door had been damaged. Jeff IMMEDIATELY called me to let me know the bad news & apologize for MILGUARD"S screw up!. He sent it back. Got the new sllder in. (Jeff had them rush order it).aargghh!...no screen....again more apologies from Jeff even though NONE of this delay was his fault. I'm very thankful he stayed on Milguard's case and kept me informed the whole time. Dennis, w/ CWE installation, showed up on time, was professional, courteous, meticulously attentive to detail, and did a FANTASTIC job. New trim, new door, no mess, (hauled off the old door and vertical blinds! )and even caulked up the holes left by my old vertical blinds for me. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend Jeff and his staff of professionals. You won't be disappointed! I plan to use them in the future for my rental renovations.

From my first introduction with Jeff to the men who completed the job Eugene and David, my experience with this company was EXCELLENT. I absolutely LOVE my new windows and this company did a GREAT job delivering what they said they could do. I could have went with someone cheaper, but decided to go with getting a lifetime warranty and I'm happy I did. When I walked into my place I had an awe moment, as in AWESOME job well done and they did a good job cleaning up after the installation!! I felt like I was in a new place with a different feeling, because I didn't hear any noise. It was almost an eerie feeling, but I can get over this because I'm going to enjoy my new windows. Thank you Jeff for being patient with dealing with my HOA and their rules and to the crew for a job WELL done, I truly appreciate everything! I intend on providing the company name to all my friends and co-workers at the VAMC who want to get new windows. This company is GREAT!!!

This was one of the best experiences I could have hoped for. The work was of the highest quality, the installers were very professional. The attention to detail was amazing, and they did an awesome job of cleaning up once the work was done. Would highly recommend!!
