Great! Oz and Frankie were very courteous and professional. They took time to make sure that all my concerns were met and did a thorough inspection of my heating system.

Al arrived right on time and did a very thorough inspection of my heating system. Luckily everything was fine and the 19 year old heater is working well. He inspected the ducts and insulation in the attic and recommended replacing the ducts and adding more insulation to the attic. I will have to wait for that until I can afford it at a later time. He cleaned the main air duct by N. A. machine. Al was very professional and explained everything to me. I was very impressed.

David was very thorough, fast and efficient. He went through what he did and what items I may want to have done in the near future.

Both technicians (Oz and David) were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and very detailed oriented. Quickly identified the issue with poor heating - old ducting which had separated. Were happy to provide temporary fix of separated duct until they can return to replace all ducting and finish job.

Cancelled before he came because there was no such TUNE-UP

Oz and Rudy were very knowledgeable in performing the service, explaining their actions and providing a written report on the points covered plus pointing out a few minor concerns that I should monitor.

David was exceptionally professional, helpful and polite. I could not be more pleased and have only good things to say. I will definitely use this company again, and will request David if possible.

Top Notch!!! - Sales Mgr; Steve was very nice, very knowledgeable, no hard-sell or unnecessary up-grades, I thought the price was fair. I specifically want to thank the office manager, Joanna, she was just such a joy to work with, so nice & courteous. These days, it is really nice to talk to a "real person" and I sureIy appreciated the assistance she provided. To sum it up, this is a business that I would most certainly recommend. I would like to add that the workers left no mess at all. Totally clean and neat after completion.

The service technicians were prompt, courteous, and they were able to fix the problem. I would definitely recommend them, and will use them again in the future.

they a lot was wrong & said it would cost $4000.00 to fix I called a different company they came & fixed it for a total of $379

Edgar and Juan arrived on time, were polite, professional, and answered all my questions. They went above and beyond by replacing the star collars, at no additional charge, that were not on the work order but needed to be replaced. They asked me to review their work to be sure I was satisfied. When I need additional work or a new A/C system, I will definitely have them do the work for me.

First visit there are fourteen performed services on invoice. Furnace is in attic so there is not enough room for three people to move around so I was not present when work was done and although I cannot prove that these services were not performed since they were only up there for maybe ten minutes I doubt that all were completed. When men came downstairs they began giving me a first rate sales pitch. I definitely was taken advantage of! They suggested a new 9inch duct for $275.00 and new thermostat for $120.00. I was fine with this and gave my okay. Second task was to re-design ducts which I should have asked more questions. Repairmen returned to do work and just replaced ducts, no redesign was done. I was shocked that my bill came to $1180.00. I have only myself to blame but I would not suggest this company to anyone because of their shady sales and false work done. Also they opened a new credit card in my name. I have advised Wells Fargo of this.

Steve came out to do a routine checkup for my AC/Heater coil unit. He was thorough and knowledgeable. Thankfully the unit was in good condition, but if I do ever need an AC/Heater man I will definitely give them a call.

They dont service our area any more, but since we had paid for a deal years ago, they made sure that we dont lose our money. For our trouble, they gave us the deal that we had paid for, which had already expired years ago and came at the time convenient to us. They were punctual and did an amazing job. We would so hire them again only if they serviced out area. I highy recommend them.

It turned out that the battery had died in my thermostat. The 2 technicians changed it and stayed to make sure that the system was working properly. They checked the compressor and furnace to be sure they were working properly. They did not charge me for their time.

The Right Choice certainly lived up to it's name. Steve, the General Manager, visited us promptly at the time arranged, discussed the job of replacing our 42 year old furnace and the options available. We are highly satisfied with the work done and the cost for a new Trane furnace..

After a slightly late start, for which the main office called me twice to keep me updated on the status of arrival for my service window, the service techs, David and Rudy arrived. They did a very thorough, and professional job, of cleaning the air ducts in my 70s era townhome. They also inspected the antiquated HVAC system in my home and discovered a few items that were a major concern, both to the health and safety of my family, and provided an education and recommendation. The techs were knowledgeable, well trained, courteous, and cleaned up after the service. I would highly recommend The Right Choice Heating & Air to anyone.

They did a pretty good job. I was kind of happy with whatever they did. But the only thing that bothered me was, they said they wouldn't go ahead and clean the other vents in other rooms. They had a big vacuum and they sucked things out of one vent. That wasn't my expectation. I really wanted them to clean all the visible vents in all other rooms as well. I asked if they would do it for extra and they said they won't. So that's probably something that they can add in future. They didn't do what I really wanted them to do. Even though they came and did whatever was there in their package, something that I really wanted wasn't done. I would actually look for somebody who can clean all of the vents. If I find nobody then maybe I will go back to them.

Very, very well! David and Steve showed up on time, were very polite, nice and careful. They explained everything to me before starting, finished with some long term recommendations but no hard sell. It was a great experience and I will definitely use them again.
