They were efficient and courteous in performing the furnace tune-up. They also explained clearly some options for solving a noise problem with the furnace in relation to the air ducts.

Right Choice sent the right person, John Schults, to inspect and service our furnace and air conditioning systems on April 3, 2017. John was very professional. He explained everything before he did it and told us what he was finding as he did it. He appeared to be very knowledgeable and competent. He showed up on time. John was also very personable, easy to talk to and very respectful of us as customers. Because of John Schults, we highly recommend Right Choice for furnace and air conditioning service.

OK. I felt heating system was safer and received instruction on how to care for the new filter when company delivered and installed it later.

They did a great job. Everything was taken care of, they walked me through everything they did, changed the filters (I wasn't expecting that) cleaned everything up, and arrived on time. I would definitely hire them again.

Perfectly. The employees were courteous, professional and efficient. The cleaning rpcie was a bargain at $55.00 and the air purifier cost $350.00. I put in the air purifier because I am an asthmatic and I get sinusitis very easily from the pollens in the air.

Wanted to sell me a new heater. Not interested in repairing.

These guys recommended parts to fix my a/c system. Paid them to fix it. Next time i tried to use it they said the entire system was too old and "wasn't worth spending more money on". Why didn't they say that the first time?

It turned out okay. I need a new heater but they're kind of expensive. He seemed knowledgeable. I just think they were a little too pricey. He said I can't use my heater because it's too old and so he kind of explained why, but they were just outrageously overpriced. He was right on time. They actually called to follow up a couple of times as soon as I placed the order for them to come out.

It worked out fine. I didn't check the competitor's pricing. I assumed they did a good job. They weren't too responsive. They made an appointment for one day and then they didn't keep it. They had to come back. They put down the wrong address I guess the first time and then we had to reschedule it. They didn't make it on time so punctuality was not very good.

Oz did a great job diagnosing the problems with my 20+ year old A/C unit and furnace. He scheduled the work quickly and installed a new furnace and A/C unit within a few days of our 1st meeting. He scheduled and coordinated the work well. All at Right Choice were very professional and easy to work with. The install was done seamlessly and on time. I highly recommend this company.

The Right Choice were fantastic in installing a new smart thermostat as well as a whole new, complete furnace and A/C system. I initially put in a request for work through another website (Porch.com) from my phone, and within 15 minutes, The Right Choice contacted me as a viable vendor and were immediately available to schedule an estimate within hours to perform the smart thermostat installation - on the same day. The technician that I worked with, Oz, provided a quick installation as well as recommend the replacement of my 25+ year old furnace and A/C system while educating me on upcoming HVAC standards, building/HVAC code and local/gov't programs & incentives that I could leverage for financing options. Estevan, the technician who later did my furnace and A/C system came in and did the whole job in one day (morning through afternoon straight shot) with no issues or problems at all - all by himself and no partner. That's unheard of IMO. The Right Choice has easily provided the best service that I've ever had for HVAC needs, and I don't see myself looking elsewhere in San Diego period.

The young man, Al, was very professional, prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. He was efficient and thorough. I felt very confident with his service.

Contractor came and didn't know what he was talking about and tried to sell me a new furnace. I called a San Diego gas and electric and they said all i needed to do is re-light the pilot. He said I needed a 400 part and they wouldn't guarantee it so it would be better to purchase a new furnace. It was a hard sales job. He didn't even do the tune-up.

These guys were awesome. Very friendly, professional, helpful, and did a great job trying to teach me how to maximize my heating set up without being condescending. Would absolutely hire again.

Excellent! Adam and Oz arrived punctually. They assessed the situation and went methodically through procedures to locate the problem. It was great to have two people and they worked well together so the job went smoothly and efficiently. They were both very pleasant and friendly. The heater was brought back to life and they also suggested a new thermostat. I was very happy to agree and I am delighted with the new one which they installed neatly and easily.

Adam did an excellent job both tuning and explaining the issues with our furnace. He was extremely professional and seemed very thorough.
