they arrived on time, evaluated the job and gave me an estimate. after we talked about that they also suggested deodorizing the carpet due to pet odor. they finished in the amount of time they estimated. we had already moved most of the furniture. when they left i wrote a check for the original estimate. they were up the street leaving before i looked at the bill. the bill was $50 more than just the cleaning estimate because of the deodorizing. i called them, they couldn't have been too far away when i called. i told them i shorted them $50 on the bill and to come back and i would write an additional check. they said not to worry about it. that's what i call good customer service!!!!!!!!! thanks guys!

Great job! Arrived on time and were in and out in an hour or so. It did take all day for the carpets to dry, although I was told they would dry in 3-4 hours. One room was still damp the next morning.

They arrived as scheduled and started to work right away. I was disappointed in their work as they did not clean under couches or even move floor lamps to clean under them. They got the worst of the dirt out of the carpet but did not get heavy traffic areas very clean and offered no help as to how to get them cleaner. It took only 1 hour to clean 8 rooms, a hallway and a staircase. I feel like they rushed and cut corners just to be done.

Quite well. Just as expected. Our house is 4300 sq. ft. and the carpet is less than a year old, so we decided just to do the areas that really needed it. My husband was impressed with the hot steam extraction process that seemed to glide across the carpet so effortlessly and got the job done so quickly. I was also very happy with how it looked afterward. We had originally scheduled them to clean only the upstairs since one of the new tenant's is allergic to cats and our cat had primarily lived upstairs. They arrived as scheduled and once the job was done everything looked so nice that I had them come back and to do the downstairs. They were easily able to return and finish the 2nd job within our deadline for the new tenant's move in date.

They were able to schedule the cleaning within 2 days of my call, at a day and time that was convenient for me. Showed up on time and were very courteous. The crew were very careful to mop up any water left on the hardwood floor. Carpets did stay wet for longer than expected - they thought several hours, but it was really the next day before they were completely dry. Will definitely use them again.

We had company coming into town and I called to schedule a cleaning within a week. They were able to accommodate our request and were prompt in responding to our initial call and showing for the appointment. The work was completed within an hour and the rug looked great. The pet stains were not eliminated (this wasn't an expectation), but their appearance was greatly improved.

They were excellent, reasonably priced, and did a good job.

I called Streamline and were able to have them over to our home that same day. I was very pleased with the service from start to finish. The carpet looked and smelled almost brand new. The price is extremely reasonable- so good that we have already had them out for a second visit. We will be using Streamline about once every 8 to 12 weeks, depending on what is needed, until our puppy grows out of the "accident" phase. We also discussed with them cost on replacing the carpet once we are ready. I have given their name to several other "dog lovers" in our neighborhood.

They did a very good thorough job. There was a miscommunication about arrival time, I'm not sure whose fault it was but, they were a little late, other than that it was great. It was an all white carpet so it was quite the job.

When I called and told Doran what I needed he gave me an estimate which he kept too except for the fact that I added a few other items to be cleaned. We set a date and time but because of a flat tire, Doran had to set it for the next day. As it turned out it was better timing for me. Doran and his helper were very professional, worked quickly and were very thorough. I definitely recommend them!

I was provided an estimate and scheduled work for about 1 month ahead of time. Streamline showed up a little late but did call me to let me know. Both of them worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done within about 2.5 hours. They were able to get stains out that I thought would have been impossible so I'm very happy about that. Very friendly and professional.

Work was done in about 45 minutes. Technician did a walk-through to make sure we were satisfied. Once the carpets dried we noticed that some of the stains didn't come out like we expected. This may or may not have been the cleaner's fault. We were overall satisfied since we were considering replacing the carpets.

I was very impressed with Streamline. They did a great job - quickly, professionally, and clearly knew their business. My only negative comment would be that they left wet hardwood flooring behind for me to wipe up. The carpets look great - big difference!

I called on a Monday to request a estimate. Doran came out on Tuesday afternoon and looked at the carpet and gave me a quote. I agreed to it and we made a appointment for the following day (WED) at 3:30pm. Doran and his worker showed up exactly at 3:30pm and went straight to work, the job took about 45min to complete. When all was done I inspected the carpet after it dried and the stains were gone and there was no more pet odor. I was very impressed.

I explained the job over the phone and was given an estimate. Dorren immediately knew about the product that we had used in an attempt to clean the dirty spots. He arrived at the scheduled time. The general cleaning of the carpet went well, but unfortunately he was unable to remove the stains. I would still hire this company to clean my carpets.

They did a good job. They were on time. The carpet was wet all day, but once it dried, it felt much cleaner than before.

Excellent. Good equipment and a detail oriented employee made our carpeting look like new.

The owner, Doran, was great. Only problem was their equipment broke while they were in the middle of cleaning my carpet! They had to get a new truck and come back several hours later. They then rushed the job to finish and get on to the next customer. They missed cleaning a small area or two. The crew was friendly and professional. I'd possibly use them again under differnt circumstances.

The Tech was very pleasant, professional and courteous. Moreover, the carpet looks fabulous. Even the pet stains were removed, making me a very happy and satisfied customer. I'll definitely use this company again!

They returned calls promptly, and scheduled appointment quickly. The service technician was very prompt and efficient. Most of all, the carpets are very clean with no remaining spots.

There were some challenges with my appointment. When I called 15 minutes after my scheduled 8:30 a.m. appointment time, I found out that the technician was taking care of a flood for another customer. He arrived 2 hours later. Once the cleaning process started (stain treatment and rug steaming) I was then instructed that the machine wasn't working and the technician would have to go back to El Cajon to get another one. What should have been a short appointment ended up taking almost all day. However, I was happy with the end result. It looks like they were able to get all the stains out including one that no other carpet cleaning services had been able to get out prior. I would like to give this company the benefit of the doubt and would be willing to try them one more time because of the good results.

Excellent experience. Can't believe it's the same carpet. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. Got out some stains that I thought would never come out. I would highly recommend them.

Rep was very courteous, called to say he'd be a little late, told me what he was going to do, offered me an excellent price, knew his job and did it promptly.
