STREAMLINE CARPET

Doran and Streamline were recommended to us about 10 years ago when we first moved to Cardiff. Over the years they have cleaned our carpet numerous times. They have always done a great job at a good price.
This review wouldn't be complete without mentioning their flood restoration service. A few years ago we were out of town in New York for a Chargers football game when our house sitter called on a Saturday evening to tell us the bottom floor and garage was flooded when she came over. The water heater was leaking water at a high rate. After calling a neighbor to come help her turn off the water, we called Doran. He was at a birhday party for a family member, but knowing our stress level being 3000 miles away and the possible damage being done, he assured us he'd take care of everything and was there within two hours...On a Saturday night!
That was then and now it happened again. This time we were at home and caught the leak a lot sooner, but it still flooded a lot of the bottom floor and garage. We called Doran and he had a tech here again in less than two hours. He helped us move everything out of the way and saved furniture from damage. Doran will be doing the restoration work as soon as everything is completely dry.
We would highly recomend Doran and Streamline, for doing quality work and for really looking out for their customers in a time of need. We have told our neighbors about them and now they are satisfied customers too!

I've used them before on several properties. I wouldn't use anyone
else. The solution they use works incredibly well on really dirty
carpets. They have always been punctual and complete the job quickly.

I called, scheduled the appointment, he showed up on time and did an excellent job!

pet.The cleaning days got mixed up, not sure how. They were hard workers just needed to take more time. They were extremely polite and as before stated could have taken more time. They were late because they were dispatched to the wrong part of the city which wasn't their fault, seemed to be a problem with dispatch on time and location. They cheerfully help me move some small pieces of furniture that I couldn't have done without their help. They tried to reach me to confirm our address unfortunately I missed their call.
Over all they did a pretty good job on an older carpet.

I thought that the price was reasonable. He listened to my concerns. He addressed the areas that I thought needed to be addressed. He was 30 minutes late.

I was a bit disappointed given the glowing reviews on this site.
1) They were 30 minutes late and did not call to let me know they were running late.
2) They did not bring any of the little gizmos that wood furniture is placed on after carpet cleaning so the furniture does not stain the wet carpet. The guy said they had run out the day before and had not restocked.
3) The guy asked if I needed a receipt. It was provided without question but how many customers don't want a receipt? He did give me the Angie's list discount when I mentioned I had used Angie's list to select their company. The carpet was cleaned fine, they did leave one stain, but our carpet had not been cleaned in over 4 years so there were a lot of small stains. I had to leave before they were done because I had to get to work on time. They let my daughter know they were done and showed themselves out. There was no stain on our driveway, unlike one of the other reviewers.

Overall they were excellent, very fast, and professional. The only advice I would give would be to call if you are going to be past the time promised. I had been told the truck would be at my house at 8:30 a.m., and when they hadn't shown up by 9:00 I called. I was told that they were stuck in traffic but would be there any minute. They arrived approximately 5 minutes later - a quick phone call letting me know they were running late would have been helpful. Other than that, they did a great job (the carpet came out much better than I anticipated) and I would recommend to others.

Perfect results - efficient service - friendly technicians - very fairly priced.

Carpets were clearned well, but the technician accidently and unknowningly dripped some cleaning product on our brand new driveway and permanently stained it. Prior to the job we had told the company's owner the driveway was new and not to drip truck oil or anything else on it. He assured us his truck was new and all would be OK. We called the owner just after the technician left and reported the driveway spot, but he never got back with us, nor did he do anything to help clean up the stain. That was disappointing, even though the carpet cleaning was done well.

This was my second time using Streamline. Last time was 6/09. Bryan and crew arrived early. I was their first appointment of the day. We did a brief walk-thru so that I could point out areas of concern as I have a pet cat. Also had a big (coffee or wine) stain in middle of floor in living room that wouldn't come out with the usual carpet spot removers. They quickly got to work and the house was done in about an hour. The stain in the living room needed several attempts and finally seemed to yield. Bryan assured me if it reappeared to be sure and give him a call and he would treat it again no charge. I was very pleased overall with their care of my carpets and the adjoining recently painted walls and baseboards, which is why I chose to call them again. Great service, quick response time and professional, courteous attitude. Recommend highly.

They were very professional and did a good job. They were not quite as inexpensive as the last time but still within a modest range. I would probably look for another company in the future that would be a little less expensive.

The guys did an excellant job. They were on time and were true to their estimate. A few spots on the carpet didn't come out the first time. When they returned the next day to clean the tile, the worked on the spots again. They have not come back. I will use StreamLine for my next carpet cleaning.

When I called the company they were very accommodating. Arrived on time. Job was done quickly and the carpet looked beautiful. As stated above, there are some stain spots that remain and probably require further treatment as they are set. Hoping they will come out with another treatment. I would definitely use this company again.

Excellent. They took only about 1 hour to complete the job, the carpet looked and felt terrific and was mostly dry by that evening

They are realiable, totally professional, and just all around nice guys! They do quality work!

They were here on time and did the job in about 45 minutes. I have a baby that crawls around on the carpets and rug and so far her socks have been clean every day since. I gave them a B for pricing because I know I could've gotten a cheaper price by clipping a coupon, but I'd rather pay for a quality job than save a few bucks.

They were very good. They are a great company. I would definitely use them again. They took a long time and they were efficient. The representative knew what he was doing. My carpets have remained clean.

The work was done in a little over an hour. The beige carpets looked much better and at least one stain was removed.

Experience went very well. Streamline showed up a few minutes early, did a throrough job and got my dirty carpets cleaned for a reasonable price.

We have 2 dogs that spend some time outside. Every day they bring in dust and dirt. It has always been a challenge to clean our light colored carpet. In the past we have used well known and well advertised carpet cleaners to clean our carpet. Both companies have not been able to satisfactorily clean dog stained areas. The worst 3 areas were caused when our dogs would roll on their backs and wiggle all over. They were trying to rub off the oily flea and tick solution we would apply monthly. For several years, we have had these 3 problem areas the other carpet cleaners said were ''permanently stained''. To our pleasant surprise, Streamline Carpet Cleaners got rid of all those "permanently stained" areas. I asked the owner, why they had better success than the others and he stated that he paid for better cleaners than the ''bigger'' carpet cleaners did. A day after the cleaning, a surprise yellow spot showed up. Evidently, one of the dogs had urinated without us knowing about it and the cleaning brought it to the surface. One day later, the owner and one of the workers showed up to take care of the yellow spot. My wife and I were very impressed with their conscientiousness. The workers showed up on time, in clean, unstained clothes and were clean shaven. I was concerned their van would leak oil on my driveway and asked them to place some cardboard under the engine. They told me the nice clean looking van did not leak oil. And so it did not leak. Other carpet cleaning companies always had oil leaking from under their vehicles. I paid a little more than I think I should have paid, but it was worth it to get rid of those problem stains.

They worked according to my schedule and came when I asked them to come. They were responsive, professional and their pricing was very reasonable as well. The quality of their work was very good and I was satisfied with their service.

Doran and his teammate showed up on time, were efficient and finished in 2 hrs. The carpet looks great.

I was able to schedule a saturday appointment for the saturday before Easter with only a 2 or 3 day notice. The serviceman showed up exactly at 9am as promised. I have been disappointed with carpet cleaning in the past so i walked through the rooms to show the high-traffic areas, including the room with our pool table, which of course gets a lot of walk around traffic. he pre-treated these areas while he prepared to clean the rest of the carpet. After cleaning the rooms he went back over those traffic areas 2 more times until the carpet was uniformly clean. I was skeptical about the bleached area, especially since it was in a very conspicuous spot. He sprayed this several times until the spot was almost impossible to see. I was really surprised. the carpet is only 3 years old and i was afraid i would have to have someone from dupont do the dye job. The carpets looked great and the spot is gone, so i would have to say i was completely satisfied with Streamline Carpet. A couple minor gripes would be that the job took longer than expected (2 1/2 hours) and took a full day to dry. however, this was because he went over the carpet several times and of course thus applied more water. But i would definitely rather any professional take a little more time to do the job right.

He was on time, professional, and did the cleaning. He also came back and laid a wood floor for us. He did a great job in finding flooring that matched and had it installed within 2 weeks.
