Description of Work: I talked to Paul and asked for an estimate for patching stucco on my house. He said he could come out on Wednesday December 2 about 4 or 4:30. He would call to tell me which time. He never called or showed up. | |If he couldn't make it or didn't want the job he should have called. |I find this very unprofessional. I will look elsewhere for my stucco job. I waited a few days to see if he would call in case something happened and he never called.

 + -1 moreThe men started work on time, they were very professional and pleasant. The whole crew just seemed to work together well. During the prep job they were very careful to take care of our landscaping and surrounding property. The clean up was excellent washing down and picking up after themselves. As a homeowner I've not found it easy to find quality workmanship. I was very pleased with the outcome of the stucco work Burgio Stucco did and the professional and efficient manner in which they handled themselves. Our neighbors have commented on the job already and have asked for Burgio's business card.

 + -1 moreIt was a huge job and it was excellent. It is a fabulous company and I would highly recommend them. They had quite a number of people to do the work as the house was fairly large. They were extremely polite and it was good to have them work on your house.

 + -1 moreOverall it was a great experience. The crew began with two men and as the scraping revealed more problems a third man was sent. The guys were pleasant and professional despite the fact it was a very hot day and the job turned into more work than originally planned for. I have had some stucco patching done in the past and it was always just a quick patch job that didn't hold up. These men took the time to do the job right and I couldn't be more pleased. The house looks great.
Description of Work: This is an older stucco home and needed some patching. Once this fine crew got into the job it became obvious that this job was more extensive than originally thought. I was shown the places that were worse than we first observed. I agreed to the additional work and I am extremely grateful to these great guys who made it a point to do the job correctly and not just a quick patch job. The work was beautifully done and I am confident that I won't have any more problems with the flaking stucco. The crew were real craftsman who did an excellent job on my home and the extensive patching blends right in.

 + 0 moreMy original stucco was painted over with a heavy paint and was in bad need of repair. It was peeling and the stucco behind it was deteriorating. Rick from Burgio responded promptly to my email request and the work began quickly within my schedule. All workers sent out were respectful and professional. The sub-contractor hired to sandblast and paint the trim was very helpful and had an eye for the finished house. The new areas where the wood had been and the original blended perfectly. The company was outstanding in all areas.
Description of Work: Removal of old paint with scraping and sandblasting. Replaced some areas of wood siding and patched where a brick planter had been attached. Trim work completed by another company.

 + -1 moreThe sales people are very friendly and knowledgeable. They didn't make any promises they couldn't keep. The crew was very friendly and did an excellent job taping everything off (we just had a new cement slab poured which remained spotless after they were done). I showed the stucco person the type of texture we wanted, and while he applied it, made sure that it was what we liked. They were very accommodating with our schedule since we had to break the job up into two sections.
Description of Work: They wrapped the house with moisture barrier paper, stapled chicken wire, applied a brown coat, and finally the color coat.
