They did a fine job. The price was high, but they were able to come right to my location and fix the glass the next day. There is also a lifetime warranty on it which I was happy about.

My auto insurance company submitted my claim to replace my windshield to ALLSTAR GLASS on Friday January 3. I received a call from Linda at ALLSTAR the same afternoon. Linda gave me a quote and offered to schedule the work during our phone conversation. Although I was not ready to make an appointment at that time, LInda said that I could call back anytime (24/7) to make an appointment. When I called to make the appointment, they said they could come to my house on Monday, Jan. 6, but I decided to go to their location. I was given an appointment at 1 PM on Monday, Jan. 6. I arrived a little early and they started the work in a few minutes and had the windshield replace in an hour. They did an excellent job for the price quoted and everyone was courteous and efficient. I definitely recommend Allstar Glass in El Cajon, CA.

All Star had the best price and free mobile service. I thought I was going to have to wait a couple of days to get it done, but they said they could do it the same day. They were here within a couple of hours and did the job quickly and professionally. I would definitely use All Star Glass again.

They did a fantastic job. They did the job 2 days ago. They came to our house. I like the fact they have an estimator tool on their website and I was charged the same amount when the work was done.

When I accessed the online information, I was able to get a free quote plus if I made and appointment, I would receive a 10% discount. They also advertised a 10% discount for Triple A membership. I was quoted (online) $237.37 including discount. I decided I would call the company rather than book the appointment online to clarify the small print (plus tax, and additional costs that might be associated with the repair). The customer service agent was very pleasant and explained that ONLY a 10% discount could be taken (not a combined 20% discount as was implied in the online quote) and there would be additional charges for molding. Her quote was $299.00 with discount tax and installation. I agreed to the price and began the booking process. She informed me that the technician would arrive at my home to replace the windshield between 1 and 5 PM the following day. She asked if there was a front windshield heater but was unable to tell me where to look for it, other than somewhere on the glass. I did not detect a coil, so we proceeded with the appointment as scheduled for the following day. She was professional, friendly and prompt in answering my questions. I made plans to be at home between one and five PM as instructed (she could only give me a 4 hour window for installation, but the technician would call prior to arrival). The following day, prior to one o'clock, another young lady representing the company called and said they were booked up and rescheduled the appointment for the following day (and offered a $10.00 credit for having to reschedule). I accepted the credit and rescheduled appointment (again a four hour window from one until five PM). I called the company at 2 PM to check on the installation time, a very impatient lady answered the phone (not the same lady that called the day prior). She listened to my query and set down the phone receiver (did not put me on hold). I could hear the conversation being generated to the dispatcher and when she finally returned to the phone, told me the technician would be at my home at 3:30 PM. This information allowed me to run to the store quickly and return in plenty of time for the 3:30 appointment. The technician was on time (no phone call prior to arrival) and explained that my front windshield indeed had a heater coil and that the window he had could not be installed. The window would need to be "ordered" and replaced the following day between one and five PM. Frustrated but understanding, I agreed and the fellow left. A different technician by the name of Jeff was at my home at 1:30 PM, pleasant, well groomed, uniform clean and a smile saying " hi, I'm here to replace your windshield!" Within 45 minutes the windshield was replaced with precision and care. The Sirius satellite module and rear view mirror was attached and am very happy with his service! The charge came to less than originally quoted at $290.88, but the original estimate of course, was $10.00 more because of the $10.00 credit issued for rescheduling. My ratings above reflect my observation of a good company with good intentions but needs a little help with the customer service representatives. The quality of the product exceeded my expectations and the service technician (Jeff) rates an A+ in punctuality, enthusiasm and work performed.

well. requested a quote at 10pm through their website, got a response within the hour. setup the appointment and they were ontime and accurate with the estimate.

I liked that they were on time doing the work. They also had a really good price for the kind of job that they were doing. They seemed to really know what they were doing. They did a good job.

The tech arrived on time, did an accurate analysis of the damage, verified the amount to be charged, and covered all of the expected results. He was very friendly, skilled, professional, and efficient with his time. They were able to process credit cards for payment quickly and overall it was an excellent experience. I highly recommend them.
