+ -1 moreWendy returned my service call right away and scheduled the work for the same day. Derek showed up right on time and quickly fixed the issue. JD sprinklers is very reliable and Derek does great work. This is the second time I have used them and I would definetly use them again.

Description of Work: Sprinkler system had a zone not working and a second valve box that was full of water. Quoted $350 to replace the valve in the zone not working and replace all valves in box with leak. Agreed to work approximately May 25th/26th. After work was done paid the bill - was told to wait a week to let water dry up. Leak persisted - sent a note June 1st letting him know water was still filling the box. Said he would be there next day around 1:30 - showed up early (went on to property when no one was there initially). Told my wife he needed to talk to me but never called. Sent a note on June 13th asking if he was coming back to finish the job. Responded it would be $150 to add a valve to cut off main water supply to sprinklers when not running since leak was under concrete. Agreed to go ahead - added valve left holes in the area around the valve box and dirt/plants that were dug up also pipe that was repaired sticking up above ground level. Never heard anything more until I received a voice mail about a week later while I was out of town. Received a bill a few days later. Sent an e-mail that I received the bill but the job needed to be completed. Received a series of demanding e-mails from on July 1st saying that we needed to pay cash and need to be there the next day at 1:00 pm. Called to say he can come back to finish the job and get the check. Not very professional with any of the communications including phone calls or e-mails.

Description of Work: Derek provided an estimate and arrived right on time. He took the time to thoroughly investigate the problem and gave me options as to the time he could complete the job. He came back later in the day as agreed and replaced the broken sprinkler system. He adjusted all of the sprinkler heads on the run as well. Derek was neat and we appreciated the quality of work her performed.

They answered the phone live and despite their website stating their standard hours did not include Sunday service, they were out to give me an estimate at 9am Sunday and fixed the leak the same day. He even came back the next day to ensure the repair was successful. Great customer service.

He also check my sprinklers and set my timer for me. Really appreacited that since I have no idea how it's done and can't read the small writing. I will keep him on my list in case I have any other sprinkler problems.
