Kona was prompt sending a quote and scheduling the cleaning. Our cleaning tech arrived on time and did a great job. The carpets took a little longer than the 6 hours to dry completely but we are very happy with the work.

From the first phone call we were treated very professionally. Jason came at the time scheduled. Carpet cleaning was done with a new machine and the carpet even though it had not been cleaned for a few years came out surprisingly clean. We had 3 area rugs cleaned also and they look like new. We would definitely recommend Jason and his company if you want a excellent carpet cleaning job. The quote they gave us was exactly what we paid.
