Jason did a great job working with my 94 year old mother in law in an assisted living setting....punctual, explained the process and expected results, protected other furniture and carpet prior to cleaning the sofa, cleaned up areas after the upholstery cleaning, very fair pricing. We were so pleased we recommend Kona Caroet Cleaning to the management for possible commercial cleaning of the common areas.

Such nice guys and did a fantastic job on our upholstery. One piece didn’t come clean so he refused to charge me for it. Great value too.

Initially I was not happy with how the sofas turned out. When I called, Jennifer was very helpful and immediately rescheduled service. The technician came back and addressed my concerns very well. I appreciate their willingness to fix a mistake with no hassles.

They were on time. Jason was very knowledgeable and asked us questions before they went ahead and did some of the work. Jim was helpful.

Very professional. Jennifer gave me a telephone quote and followed up with a confirmation email. I have a large area rug that I'd didn't know the what it was made of. They identified the material and then used the appropriate method to clean it. Definitely 5 stars!!

Jason with Kona tile did a great job! Customer service was awesome. Our marble tile was very dull and scratched. He brought the shine back. He stayed a few more hours to make sure the job was done right. When it turned out my tile wasnt polishing the way he expected he scheduled a return trip come back again and polish it more to meet his own standards and be sure that I was happy. I highly recommend this company.

Jason, the owner & Jim were here on time, put a pad down to protect the floor tiles in entryway, put upright hard plastic protectors on the corners of cabinets/furniture & didn't have a bunch of heavy equiptment, which usually leaves a mess. I like their system the best & it took out 13 years of soap that my old carpet guy left in the carpet. Jennifer, gave me a single price that included my 4 small area rugs w/o hidden or extra fees. I got alot of "runaround" w/ misleading quotes from other carpet cleaners online. She explained the products & method that Kona uses, which doesn't leave soap, chemicals & water in carpet/rugs. She has a great attitude is very informative & enthusiastic!! I wanted to give her my business even though it was much more than I had been paying. Jason used to repair my appliances & was great!! When he showed up I was delighted since he does great work & is very considerate!! I look forward to using him again...my shower tiles will need his service. I have already referred Kona. Thank you Jason, Jennifer & Jim!

Great service, highly recommend! Showed up on time and were very friendly and fast! I needed a next day service on our new home before moving in and they were able to work with me to make it happen!
