Kona Carpet & Tile Cleaning

From the minute they responded to my request to the completion of the job, each step was very professional. They were on time and did a good job. I needed the technician to come back to check on something, and he returned with a smile and explained the situation to my satisfaction. I was very pleased and plan to use them again and to refer my family members to this company.

Very honest and explained what they could and could not do to try and fix a problem from the RUG MAN who ruined a silk area rug & ripped a wool area rug. The large area rug that they did clean looks new & they got out all pet stains and ordors from my carpeting. I will definitely hire them again and again.

First contact was friendly and informative. They sent an estimate promptly. A reminder notice went out. They re very organized! Jason arrived. He was very professional and thorough. They also do hardwood floors and stone. We will schedule that service real soon!

I had Kona do a very dirty office carpet cleaning. They were on time and very communicative in establishing a time for my schedule. When they arrived I found that I had given them the wrong square footage of the carpet to be cleaned. I was way off. Instead of just walking from the job they adjusted the cleaning fee and completed the job extremely well. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them in the near future.

Jason did an amazing job! He was quick, honest, professional, and made the carpets look great! Mona was easy to schedule with and worked around my short notice. Upfront they gave me the quote and that’s exactly what it was. I would definitely hire them again and am going to to have my upholstery cleaned.

The techs were very professional, could answer all my questions, were on time and efficient. They also were understanding of my needs to make sure that my pets were not able to get out of the house and needed to stay where I had put them to be out of the way. They also used products which were best for my carpet and were eco-friendly.

I had some set stains on my fabric sofa which I thought may not be able to be removed. They did a fabulous job of getting the stains out and leaving the sofa like new.
