I had a short window of opportunity to obtain an appraisal on a purchase of a commercial property. It's occupied and I was working around the tenant and sellers schedule. When I Initially called, I asked for a commercial appraiser, I gave the site address, and asked them the price of the report. On the day of the appointment, the appraiser was 20 minutes late, he had the wrong address and when he arrived, he was irritated and stood in the middle of the store complaining about how much work it was going to be because he quoted me the wrong price and said it would be $1,500 and not $400.00 and then he had nerve to try and sell me on getting a residential appraisal report. He eventually promised to do the report because he said he didn't want to go back on his word however, that's exactly what he did. I never received the report and it was a waste of time for everyone. Don't use this company if you expect any type of professionalism or service.

Only concern was the distance traveled to perform the appraisal. I wish Home Advisor had an appraiser recommendation within 10 miles of my property.

They showed up when they said they would and were in and out with minimal disruption! I have the report the next day! Nice people on top of that!
