Remarkable system, Roger was my salesman who went to any length to explain and demonstrate how the Nuvia System worked. He even returned a few days after my demo to go thru everything again with my son. He responds immediately if I have questions. Great service, installed within 2 days of my agreement. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, EQUIPMENT, INSTALLERS and SALESMAN ROGER. VERY HAPPY WITH THE WATER TASTE AND SOFTNESS!

Joe was the sales person, he was very good and convincing about Nuvia Water. Installation went well, but I had to push the installer to position the drain piping the way I wanted it and not the "easy way out". Overall though, the installation was completed with very good quality and looks good.

We've had the system for almost a week and love the system! The RO drinking water is a must! You'll save a ton of money by not buying bottled water. The filters only need to be changed every 18-24 months! The issue I'm having is with the RO system. It's collecting air in the line so every time I get water you get bad air pressure for about 5 sec. Haven't had a chance to call the tech yet. Nuvia has a pretty good system when compared to the competition. Good, quality feel in equipment. Be sure and really negotiate the price! We can all agree the water is polluted!!

Both sales and service were on time and very professional. They replaced a 20 year old system. The difference in water quality with the Nuvia Pro was instantaneous.

I had my previous system 20 years. The water never tasted this good, even with RO attached. Taste, the bottom line.

The experience was great! Hugo came out and set us at ease about the installation process and assuring us that it would be simple with very little imposition on our time. If every contractor could be as professional as this company, it would make every project so much easier.
