They are great, they did a really nice job.

End product was okay. Workers were messy and seemed to have a don't-care attitude. More concerned about leaving early than doing a good job. Parts were not delivered in total so they had to come back to finish the job. I had to adjust the insulation of the windows myself since the workers did such a poor job of insulating around windows. Overall a 'D' - barely passing grade. Also workers were not compromising, didn't want to remove their shoes for interior trim work. Result: dirty shoes on our carpet. They were consistently 30 minutes late. Lastly, because the contractors were contracted by Home Depot, when I asked questions, there was a sense of "you have to ask Home Depot about that." Then, when you call Home Depot, they say, "you have to ask the contractor." No one took responsibility or was accountable. Finally, they wanted to charge $75 to haul away old windows and metal. I posted the glass on Craigslist and got $20, and recycled the metal and got another $15.

Home Depot was selected for warranty and assurance they would be around if future problems. Terrible experience once order placed. Windows/screens delivered broken/torn. Only one employee at store was on top of things, but he was frequently on vacation, so customers have to wait and keep calling to get accurate info. Window installation subcontractor very arrogant. Installer's employees did not level windows to close properly, didn't caulk all edges, didn't clean the area well, and made rude comments in Spanish in front of homeowner. Home Depot ordered replacement glass and screen at no charge. But, over a month later, still waiting for subcontractor to make repairs. Overall, Home Depot has too many people/departments handling an order. There is no point person to handle problems and follow through. Had similar problems with carpet order. 2 weeks just to get a quote and carpet installed was a different color than ordered! I would never recommend Home Depot for any installation project.

I had a fair experience with this company. They were on the ball and the subs were good about getting out here and getting the job done completely. I felt they were trustworthy people who will do big or small jobs. The crew was very efficient and did a quality job. The old shake roof was removed and they repaired the old wood and laid the shingle roof. They had cleaned up after themselves.

STAFF WAS COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY HELPED ME LOADING AND CARRYING MY PURCHASES AND EVEN GAVE ME SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO DO THE JOB. I FOUND THE EXPERIENCE TO BE A PLEASANT ONE.

THE HOME DEPOT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY HELPED IN EVERY WAY THEY COULD. THE STAFF WAS POLITE AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE WORK THEY DID WAS JUST WONDERFUL.

I needed a new water heater and decided to go to home depot. In addition to the water heater, they put in earth quake restraints, new supply flexi and a gas supply flexi. They also put in an emergency pan on the water heater. Came with a 30 yr. warranty.

I WENT TO HOME DEPOT TO TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT BUYING A TABLE SAW. AFTER TALKING TO CHRIS I DECIDED TO JUST RENT ONE FROM THEM INSTEAD. CHRIS WAS VERY HELPFUL AND SAVED ME A LOT OF MONEY IN THE LONG RUN. THE SAW WAS IN GREAT WORKING ORDER.
