Got Watts Electric, Solar & HVAC

We haven't been able to have him out yet. I had to reschedule the appointment and he's been very good about following up. I have an outlet that seems to go out periodically in our bathroom, and I want to have him check that. I also might have him check an outdoor outlet and our circuit breaker box too.

I needed a dedicated circuit put in so I could run an A/C unit for my chinchilla, and Jeremy was just the guy I needed to do it. Jeremy is awesome! He is very professional and well-organized from the get-go. His estimate was the most professional that I received - he detailed how he would come at the project, and he even described some other routes he may have to go (and the effect on the price) if he encountered problems within the structure. He even told me what his schedule looked like for the next few weeks, so he didn?t leave me wondering when I might possibly get on his schedule. On the day of the job, he arrived and went to work immediately, but he always took the time to explain to me what he was doing. He also took photos of the work he did when he went into the crawlspace under the house to run wires. This is really great because I am currently renting, so I now have thorough documentation to send my landlord. It is a great feeling to know I can explain the work that Jeremy did, and I also know a lot more about the property itself. Best of all, he guarantees and warranties his work! Jeremy is incredibly friendly and easy-going, and very fun to chat with, too. He asked me if he should knock on the front door to come in and out, but there was no need for that because I felt like he was a friend or family member just doing some work around the house for me. My chinchilla also felt good about his presence - he came out of his house to see Jeremy, and he usually hides away from strangers. In the future, we might want a dedicated circuit put in for an A/C for our bedroom, and there is no question that Jeremy would definitely be the person I would call. He obviously takes pride in his work, he is whip-smart, and trustworthy as well.

Overall, I was very happy with their service. The guys were really nice and down to earth. Jeremy walked me through the process of what happened and how to solve the problems. I thought the price was incredibly reasonable since there were two of them out here for a few hours. Jeremy also looked at a couple other issues and gave me some advice free of charge. We will use them again for any and all electrical needs we have in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Jeremy and Got Watts Electric!! He responded right away to all my calls and emails, he was always on time, friendly and explained everything that needed to be done. He went above and beyond and the price was more than fair. He completed the work much faster than I anticipated and left everything very clean. He was very caring about my animals to ensure they didn't get out of the house. He showed me things that may need to be done in the future, but was never pushy about selling additional services. I felt very comfortable around him and trusted him. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will definitely use his services in the future.

Our GFI outlets were not working in our bathrooms. I Purchased an Electrical Service call and credit package from Got Watts Electric through Angie's List. Jeremy called and we made an appointment for 3/16/2014. On 3/15/2014, we discovered the electrical problem and solved it ourselves. I called Jeremy and cancelled the service call. Jeremy from Got Wats was always very courteous on the phone and I was so grateful that he had squeezed us in between his busy schedule. I will, definitely, call Got Watts for any future electrical needs. Thank you.

Jeremy came out to install a simple installation of wall lights and investigated several cabinet lights that had stopped working months before. I would now use Jeremy and his competent team for any of my electrical needs. Why? He is polite, honest, 100% professional and patiently explains everything you need to know. He is totally efficient and on time. On one occasion he was running slightly late, he called to give me a more accurate arrival time. In addition, Jeremy is a super positive guy who cares about his customer satisfaction. I highly recommend.

Excellent, very fast, very nice, complete professional, and just an all around nice guy. Communication was amazing, kept in touch through emails, telephone calls and text messages. He even took American Express, and gave me a senior discount. Classy guy and the work was top notch.

Jeremy scheduled the inspection for 2 pm on Friday. He phoned at noon and I said he could come earlier. So he came around 1 pm. He checked the electric panels and solar hookups and several light switches I was concerned about, and reassured me that everything was working properly. He also emailed me a quote for installation of a door bell, which I shall considered when I am ready to have one installed.

Mr. Carlock called before he arrived. He was on time and checked cover for shoes when he entered. Cleaned and went right to work. No delays.

Because of A reviews on Angie's List, I called Got Watts Electric, and spoke with Jeremy. Because of his knowledge and manner on the phone, I requested he come to the house. He was the second electrician to look at the problem. He was as knowledgeable as the electrician who had been in business for 30 years. He thoroughly defined the problem, the code violations, and my options for fixing it. While he was here, the building inspector from the city came. The problem involved a remodel of existing space with inadequate wiring and an electrical panel maxed out, with incorrect wiring to various circuits sizes. He handled the gentleman with respect and deference in an awkward situation. He was able to give me an estimate on the spot and send it to my email for printing out. His estimate was $240.00 less than the other electrician. He's a dedicated professional who loves his work and helping people solve their electrical problems at a fair price. He's the real deal.

Jeremey explained the plan from the beginning and there were no surprises. Some drywall damage was doen but his price included that repair with a separate contractor which went perfectly. I will definitely reccomend Got Watts to all my friends and family- they are top notch!!

I cannot recommend Got Watts Electric highly enough. Jeremy and Jenay (sp?)were punctual, professional, personable and very thorough. I especially appreciated their taking the time and effort to answer every question, make recommendations, and suffer the less than ideal working conditions without a single complaint. They did excellent work throughout the house and garage. Having peace of mind knowing the electrical system is safe and up to code is priceless. They were great, and I am definitely using their services again!

One of our rooms lost power to an outlet and several lights. There was clearly a loose wire somewhere and I had been hunting for it for several days. I am an electrician's son, and have always been a do-it-myselfer, so I knew the problem, I just had to find it. Embarrassingly, I was stumped. At last I gave in and brought in Jeremy the genius. In a surprisingly short amount of time spent troubleshooting, he tracked it down to the most unlikely of places: a fire alarm on the ceiling in the hallway! I couldn't be more impressed. And while he was at it, he spotted a couple of problem areas in our new house that need to be addressed eventually, but he didn't pressure us to add the work... and even advised a solution if I were to choose to give it a stab myself. As long as I have this house, I know who I choose for my electrician. I HIGHLY recommend Got Watts.

The downstairs power went out when my daughter was blowing her hair. Usually when this happens we are able to reset the circuit breaker but this time it would not work. Based on his reviews, I called Jeramy and explained that we needed power in the downstairs as this was my daughters bathroom and bedroom. Jeramy said he would be able to be there about 7 pm as he was booked the rest of the day. He called me from the road when he was about 20 minutes away. When he arrived, he determined what needed to be done and fixed the problem. His price was very reasonable and the customer service was excellent.

Excellent! He called several times to tell me of delays. He performed the work in a very competent manner. He explained how the outdoor outlet works - how to open cover etc.

Arrived on time with tools on hand. Introduced himself and described the work involved and the approx. time rerquired. Took over one hour and during that time involved me in the inspection, pointed out items and answered all my questions. Also took the time to give me two quotes on small jobs I needed done. Never appeared in a hurry to leave. Jeremy Carlock was at all times polite, attentive to my questions, s pleasure to work with.
