Great experience. Used website to provide details of work required and request an estimate. Initial estimate received at website, then phone call next morning from Joe at All Star Glass to discuss estimate. My car needed molding which changed the price a little. Also received $10 off with their Internet special. In my case it worked better to take car to the shop vs. them coming to my location. They had an opening that afternoon which I unfortunately couldn't make, however scheduled an early morning appointment the next work day. The employees with whom I spoke were extremely polite and responsive.

My husband was very impressed with the installer and felt like he was honest and gave him good information. They taped the top of the windshield and told us to leave the tape on, and not get it wet, for about 48 hours. We didn't drive the car again for about 4 days, then on my way to work I heard a thumping on the top of the car, when I got to work, I saw that the entire rubber piece at the top of the windshield had come undone and was attached only by about a few inches, the rest of it was laying on top of my car and had been flapping in the wind. It seemed as though no adhesive at all had been applied, as there was no residue on either the top of the windshield or the rubber piece. When we initially called them back, the Chula Vista office was very rude. Luckily, we ended up having to take it to the one on Morena Blvd, since it is much closer to our house, and they were great: prompt, apologetic, very helpful, and fixed it at no charge. We will go to their location in the future.

THEY CAME TO MY ADDRESS. THEY WERE ON TIME AND EXTREMELY SKILLFUL. THE TECH REMOVED THE OLD WINDSHIELD AND INSTALLED THE NEW ONE. THEY CLEANED UP THE GLASS AND CLEANED THE NEW WINDOW.
